Abstract: International economic activity is one of the most important areas of development of the national economy of the countries of the world. Thanks to it, the needs of the countries of the world community are covered in raw materials, materials, fuel, energy carriers, machines, equipment and facilities, consumer goods, and services. International economic activity is an integral direction of entrepreneurship of many enterprises operating in industry, agriculture, construction, communications, transport, and the financial sphere. The relevance of the topic of the diploma work is that contingent and permanent expenses for transportation are an important and integral sphere of economic activity. The development of the international economic activity of enterprises is a significant factor in increasing the efficiency of its activity. Participation in international economic activity always contributes to the solution of national economic problems in the country as a result of reviewing and improving the location and development of productive forces, expanding the production of goods and services beyond the borders of one’s own country, improving the quality of products of domestic enterprises, strengthening its competitiveness on foreign markets. But it also contributes to a significant increase in transport costs, as it is usually associated with long-distance transport. The purpose of the master’s qualification work is to identify the peculiarities, as well as research and development of international economic relations and the reduction of contingent and permanent costs for transportation of the FOP Medziak Andriy Yaroslavovych in the context of the development of foreign economic relations of Ukrainian and Azerbaijani enterprises. To achieve the goal, the following tasks have been defined: to justify theoretical provisions and the development of theoretical recommendations to ensure the reduction of contingent and permanent costs for transport transportation in the conditions of the development of foreign economic relations of Ukrainian and Azerbaijani enterprises; generalize the theoretical provisions regarding the essence of the categories "conditional and fixed costs", "transportation costs" and "international economic relations"; research the legislative framework regarding the chosen problem; to analyze the indicators of industrial and economic and international economic activity of FOP Medziak Andriy Yaroslavovych; to analyze the features of the reduction of contingent and fixed costs of FOP Medziak Andriy Yaroslavovych. The subject of the study is the direction of reduction of contingent and permanent expenses for transport transportation in the conditions of the development of foreign economic relations of Ukrainian and Azerbaijani enterprises, the object is FOP Medzyak Andriy Yaroslavovych. The structure of the master’s qualification thesis consists of four sections: the first section examines the essence of the concept of "fixed costs", "transportation costs" and "international economic relations", provides theoretical aspects of the development of international economic relations, taking into account the reduction of fixed costs of transport transportation, the peculiarities of the legal regulation of expenses for transportation were worked out. In the second chapter of the master’s qualification work, the macroeconomic analysis of international economic relations between Ukraine and Azerbaijan is considered. The third section of the work is devoted to forecasting trends in the development of indicators of industrial and economic and international economic activity of the FOP Medziak Andriy Yaroslavovych, as well as forecasting trends in the risks of entering international agricultural markets, a thorough analysis of indicators of industrial and economic and international economic relations of the enterprise was carried out, an assessment of contingent and permanent transportation costs. In the fourth chapter of the master’s thesis, alternative options for the development of international economic relations and the reduction of contingent and permanent costs for transport transportation in the context of the development of foreign economic relations of Ukrainian and Azerbaijani enterprises are proposed, and the economic justification of the project measure is carried out.
