Extended annotation The dynamic development of market processes requires the creation of a fundamentally new enterprise management system, which is associated with a change in the economic space. To achieve a stable competitive environment, there is a need to find innovative models of enterprise development and management, including using a logistic approach. This approach will contribute to the strengthening of the competitive position of the enterprise and the growth of profits. Accordingly, logistics activities have an impact on the company’s situation at the process and financial levels, which was confirmed by the change in business rules due to the quarantine restrictions of Covid-19. The object of research of the master’s qualification thesis is the process of optimizing logistics activities in a manufacturing enterprise. The subject of the study is a set of practical and theoretical and methodological provisions regarding the optimization of the logistics activity of the enterprise. The purpose of the master’s qualification work is to study the logistics activity of the chosen enterprise and find ways to optimize it. To achieve the defined goal, the following tasks were solved: - the theoretical foundations of the study of the logistics activity of the enterprise are considered; - the logistics activity of the researched enterprise and its external environment were analyzed; - ways to optimize the logistics activity of the selected enterprise are proposed.
