Abstract: The share of the transport market in the world GDP is about 10%, which in monetary terms is about 4 trillion dollars. The logistics industry is one of the key elements of the economic system in general, as it supports and ensures the functioning of all sectors of the economy.Globalization of the economy, international specialization and cooperation, continuous development of global transport networks today confirm the importance of international logistics in the world economy. Considering the nature of providing services both on the domestic and global markets, there is a close connection between the business activity of enterprises in the logistics sphere and the cyclicality of the economy in general. The global crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the beginning of Russia’s war against Ukraine creates new challenges and threats for enterprises in the logistics sector and requires enterprises to find innovative solutions for further development. The purpose of the work is to study the possibilities of developing the international cooperation of domestic enterprises in the logistics sphere within the framework of overcoming crisis phenomena. To achieve the goal, it is necessary to perform the following tasks: a review of the theoretical base and legal sources regulating the activities and international economic relations of business entities in the logistics sector; conducting an analysis of the state of international economic relations between Ukraine and Germany in general and in the logistics sector, assessing the state of the MEV of the countries during crisis events; study of the main aspects of production, economic and international economic activity of "Hegelmann Transporte Ukraine" LLC; analysis of the effectiveness of the company’s anti-crisis measures during the crisis period of 2020; outlining the problems and risks the company faces in 2022 and finding ways to minimize and solve them; studying the possibilities of international cooperation in order to overcome the negative consequences of crisis phenomena on the activity and financial condition of "Hegelmann Transporte Ukraine" LLC; economic justification of the proposed measures. The work is carried out within the framework of the topic: "Research and development of international cooperation of Ukrainian and German enterprises in the logistics sphere with the aim of overcoming crisis phenomena." The subject of the study is the possibility of developing international cooperation of Ukrainian and German enterprises in the logistics sphere in order to overcome crisis phenomena. The object of the research work is "Hegelmann Transporte Ukraine" Limited Liability Company. The master’s qualification work consists of four consecutive sections. In the theoretical part of the work, a review of scientific sources and regulatory and legal acts regulating the activities of enterprises in the logistics sphere was carried out. The approaches of scientists to the definition of the concept of logistics activity and the outline of the peculiarities of the functioning of enterprises in this field have been analyzed. K. Tremblier (2022) describes the peculiarities of the functioning of logistics enterprises during the pandemic crisis and describes the importance of international cooperation of logistics enterprises to overcome the negative impact of crisis phenomena and ensure the stability of the global logistics sector. A. Slastyanikova, V. Markova (2022) claim that the economic and social upheavals of 2022 will not only create serious challenges for enterprises in the logistics industry in Ukraine, but will also open up new opportunities for their development. In the second section of the work, the peculiarities of the international economic relations of the countries in terms of the subject of the study are revealed. The paper presents the results of analyzing the volumes of export and import of transport services between Ukraine and Germany, in particular, the dynamics of trade volumes during the crisis state of the Ukrainian economy in 2014-2015 were analyzed. The possibilities of state support for cooperation between Ukrainian and German enterprises were identified. The areas of activity of the Ukrainian-German Working Group on Logistics to ensure the minimization of the negative impact of crisis phenomena in 2022 have been studied. It was revealed that Germany, as a world leader in the logistics industry, should become a key partner of Ukraine on the way to the further development of the domestic logistics sector. The analytical (third) section of the work is devoted to the study of the analysis of production, economic and international economic activity of "Hegelmann Transporte Ukraine" LLC. A financial analysis of the research object was also carried out. The satisfactory financial condition of the enterprise ensures its relative resistance to the negative effects of the external environment, and competent anti-crisis management in the conditions of the pandemic and the beginning of hostilities allowed the enterprise to maintain the positive dynamics of the main financial indicators during 2020-2022. The fourth section of the work presents a developed comprehensive measure for the introduction of combined transportation of the "railway - road transport" type and improvement of the company’s information support by obtaining a license to use the German partner’s software. In order to choose the most optimal partner, the main selection criteria were established and their importance for Hegelmann Transporte Ukr LLC was determined. After a detailed study of the market, the counterparty DB Cargo AG was selected for the development of international cooperation of the research object. from the introduction of combined transportation of the "railway - road transport" type and improvement of the company’s information support by obtaining a license to use the German partner’s software. In order to choose the most optimal partner, the main selection criteria were established and their importance for "Hegelmann Transporte Ukraine" LLC was determined. After a detailed study of the market, the counterparty DB Cargo AG was selected for the development of international cooperation of the research object.
