Abstract: The work consists of 4 parts: theoretical, analytical, research and recommendation. The first section presents the theoretical foundations for improving the administration of innovation projects at SE "Yusenko Ukraine", as well as assesses the legislative and regulatory framework that governs the economic phenomenon under study. Based on the analyzed scientific literature, it was found that the administration of the implementation of innovative projects is considered to be a set of actions aimed at improving the planning, organization and control of the implementation of a set of measures aimed at increasing the efficiency of certain business processes of the enterprise through innovation. It is worth noting the scientists O.V. Bozhanova and O.I. Hrytsina (2022), who provide the main administrative tools that can be used in the administration of the implementation of innovative projects. The study found that the modern classification of innovation projects was formed as follows: by the level of scientific and technical novelty of projects, by the level of scale of tasks performed, by the subject and content structure, by the period of project implementation, by the type of innovation and by the areas of activity. This classification is described in detail in the works of such scientists as O.G. Ratushniak, K.V. Gavura (2022). Also, in the context of improving the administration of the implementation of innovative projects, it will be advisable to pay attention to the factors influencing the innovative activity of the enterprise, which are described in the works of such scientists as O.O. Maslak, K.O. Doroshkevich and M.M. Voronovska (2012). In order to implement effective administration, the administrative staff of the enterprise should always take into account the main factors influencing innovation activities. Among them we can distinguish technical, economic, legal, organizational, managerial and socio-psychological factors of influence. During the review of the legal framework on the subject of the study, it was found out how the state regulates and stimulates the improvement of the administration of innovation projects. Based on the reviewed legislative and regulatory acts, it can be concluded that the regulation of key aspects related to the administration of innovation projects is carried out on the basis of the Commercial Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On Innovation Activity". Also important are the Laws "On Investment Activity", "On Foreign Investment Regime" and "On Foreign Economic Activity". They in one way or another regulate issues related to innovation projects, since most of them are implemented with the attraction of investments and/or with the support of foreign partners [4, 5, 6, 7, 8]. During the analytical part, the object of the study was considered - SE "Yusenko Ukraine", which is engaged in the production of oil and natural gas. The results of the analysis of the production and economic activities of the enterprise reflect the problems in the first half of 2022, which was due to the political situation in Ukraine due to the Russian invasion. This has significantly affected the production and economic activities of the enterprise, as there were negative changes in the supply network of materials and raw materials, communication with foreign economic partners of SE Yusenko Ukraine, including the parent company Cadogan Petroleum PLC, has become more difficult. During the analysis of the administration of the implementation of innovative projects at SE Yusenko Ukraine, it was determined that the existing administration system has certain shortcomings that negatively affect the efficiency of project implementation. Based on the project analytics of the enterprise, the main indicators characterizing the administration of innovative projects at SE Yusenko Ukraine were considered, including the number of implemented projects, the average period of project implementation, the number of personnel involved in the administration, as well as the average number of changes in short-term project goals. When reviewing the indicators characterizing the administration of the implementation of innovative projects at SE Yusenko Ukraine, negative dynamics was also observed in the first half of 2022, which indicates the lack of a quick response to changes in the environment of the enterprise. For a more detailed understanding, a study of indicators of production, economic and administrative activities of the enterprise, as well as indicators characterizing the administration of the implementation of innovative projects at SE Yusenko Ukraine was conducted. During the analysis and forecasting of indicators characterizing the state of administration of the implementation of innovative projects at SE Yusenko Ukraine, the main shortcomings of the system of administration of this process were identified. The trend model of such indicators as the number of implemented projects, the average period of project implementation, as well as the average number of changes in short-term project goals at SE Yusenko Ukraine shows an upward trend. In turn, the number of personnel involved in administration in future periods will remain unchanged. The increase in the number of projects, the increase in the average implementation period and the average number of changes in short-term project objectives with the unchanged number of staff involved in the administration indicates an increase in the expected results, which is unlikely without improving the administration of innovative projects. The reason for the identified shortcomings for the indicators characterizing the administration of innovation projects at SE Yusenko Ukraine should be considered the problem with the use of outdated and differentiated software. In addition, it should be noted the lack of automation of business processes at the enterprise, as well as the ability to quickly display statistical data, which as a result reduces the efficiency of administration of innovation projects, slows down management decisions, and leads to incorrect goal setting. Accordingly, in the final stage of the work, the search for a comprehensive measure to improve the administration of innovation projects was carried out. Among the proposed measures, the introduction of an integral CRM-system "Salesforce" was chosen. One of the main advantages of this recommendation is the possibility of increasing the efficiency of the enterprise administration system as a whole. The proposed measure is aimed at improving the trend of indicators characterizing the administration of the implementation of innovative projects, which in turn will positively affect the production and economic activity and economic performance of SE Yusenko Ukraine. The implementation of the CRM-system "Salesforce" will lead to an increase in the strategic indicator of return on equity by 3.3%. The reason for this is the growth of the net income of the enterprise, which affects the studied return on equity due to the growth of retained earnings in the future period. The increase of net income of SE "Yusenko Ukraine" as a result of implementation of the proposed measure is expected in the amount of 8538.1 thousand UAH. Thus, based on the research, we can conclude that the introduction of a comprehensive measure in the form of CRM-system "Salesforce" at SE "Yusenko Ukraine" will significantly affect the improvement of the implementation of innovative projects and ensure effective administration at the enterprise in the long term.
