Abstract: There search and development of personnele valuation is presented in the master’s thesis. This work consists of four sections. In the first chapter, a review of literary sources and an assessment of the legislative framework by the subject of research is carried out. In the second section, the object of research is analyzed. The third section is dedicated to forecasting indicators of industrial and economic and innovative activities, researching the problem of improvement and development of personnel evaluation, and developing recommendations for overcoming the identified negative features. In the fourth chapter, a complex measure for the improvement of technological innovations was proposed, the economic justification of one of them was given. Conclusions are given at the end of the work.
