Abstract: ThisqualificationworkforMaster’sdegreeisdevotedtotheactualdevelopmentofthereconstructionoftheselectivepurificationofoilfractionswithfurfural. ThefieldoflubricantsinUkraine, aswellasinothercountries, cancoverallareasofeconomicactivitythatuseequipmentthatrequires a varietyoflubricantsformaintenance, includingolive Petroleumdistillateoilsareobtainedbyvacuumdistillationoffueloil. Petroleumresidualoils - tardeasphalting (residueaftervacuumdistillationoffueloil). Petroleumcompoundoils - bymixingbasedistillateandresidualoils. Theproductionofoilcomponentsfrominitialoilfractionsisbasedonthemethodsofremovingsuchundesirablecomponentsasacidiccompounds, unsaturatedhydrocarbons, sulfurousandresinouscompounds, polycyclicareneswithshortsidechains, solidparaffins. Forthispurpose, alkaline, selectiveoracidcleaning, aswellasdeparaffinizationanddeasphaltizationprocessesareused. Motoroilsconsistofthemain, basicmaterial - baseoils (75-95%) andactiveimpurities - additivesandadditives (5-25%), whichimprovetheiroperationalproperties. Thequalityofcommercialoildependsontheoil, themethodofobtainingthebaseoil, thedepthofchemicaltransformationandpurification. Thefollowingprocessescanbeattributedtotheschemeofproductionofpetroleumoils: - selectivepurificationofdistillateoilfractions; - deasphaltingofresidualoilfractions; - deparaffinization; - oilhydrotreatment; - hydroisomerizationofoils. Selectiverefiningistheprocessofprocessingoilrawmaterials, whichisaimedatimprovingthequalityofoilfractions. Thisisthenameoftheprocessofextractingrawmaterialswith a selectivesolventfollowedbydistillationofthesolventfromtheraffinateandextractsolutions. Phenol, furfural, N-methylpyrrolidolandothersareusedassolvents. Thepurposeofthismaster’sthesisisthecalculationofthereconstructionoftheselectivefurfuraltreatmentplantinordertoexpandtherangeofrawmaterials. As a resultofthework, ananalysisoftechnologieswascarriedoutandthefollowingwasproposed: - basictechnologicalscheme; - basictechnologicalequipmentiscalculated; - a masterplanhasbeendeveloped, onwhichthedesignedequipmentisplaced; - theeconomicefficiencyoftheinstallationwascalculated Keywords: selectivecleaning, selectivesolvents, furfural, petroleumoils.
