Abstract: Risk management – FMEA at Leoni Wiring Systems UA GMBH, procedure of implementation and valuation of Risk Analysis - FMEA in general, as well as holding of analysis FMEA of process and reducing the number of risks are considered in the thesis work. Risk management of FMEA automotive cable channel’s manufacture has been worked up in detail on the Audi / Lamborghini project, namely the analysis, control plans for building of cable channel and implementation of special characteristics for the cable channel on the Audi / Lamborghini project.
