Abstract: The master’s qualification thesis investigates the necessity of applyment and implementation internal control system and its normative enrichment. The major aspects of process audit were considered in the thesis, including its assignments and the conducting method on the Leoni Wiring System Plant. The process of harness production and its main quality requirements were investigated, the influence of audit on the process was defined. The implementation of corrective actions, that improve the quality and reduce the production activity, was analysed. The new method of conducting auditor documentation was developed and tested and the result of its implementation was investigated. Calculations of scientific research work cost and substantiate development of master’s qualification thesis were conducted.
