Abstract: This master’s qualification work deals with the importance of Quality Management System documenting. The purpose of this master’s qualification work is to get acquainted with the process of documenting the Quality Management System, exactly purchased parts documentation and to offer proposal of improvement for this process. In the 1-st paragraph the Quality Management System is described functions and importance of documenting this system. In the 2-nd paragraph is described documentation process for purchased parts. Is emphasized importance of this process in Quality Management System and customer’s demands to EMPB/PSW documentation on Leoni plant. In the 3-rd paragraph the process of documentation improvement for purchased parts is described. The specific steps for the improvement of this process are counted.
