Abstract: The first section analyzes the spatial planning and design solutions of the building. The initial information on the construction site, the main indicators of the general plan and the main materials for finishing works are given. The main technical solutions are given. The second section presents the calculation of building structures for the first and second groups of boundary conditions, namely: slabs, columns, foundations and beam. In the third section the technological map for installation works was offered, the choice of a way of conducting works is executed. The main parameters of the construction master plan of the construction site were also calculated and the calendar schedule of construction was given. Relevant architectural and construction drawings were made. In the fourth section, the local and object construction estimates were calculated. The fifth section described numerical studies to determine the depth of charring of wooden truss elements in the event of a possible fire load. Study object: architectural and construction, engineering and design, technological, economic and scientific aspects in the design of the administrative building. Scope of research: hotel building Goal of research: design of the hotel building In the master’s thesis the project of hotel building is presented. The hotel-type building is intended for construction in the village. The concourse is six-storey, L-shaped in plan, oriented with the main facade to the south-eastern side. In the basement there is a SPA center with saunas and swimming pools, as well as technical rooms.
