Abstract: The plot is located in the eastern, surrounding part, bordering communally owned lands. The area of the land plot is 0.1814 ha. Purpose of use – New construction of warehouses. The mark of +0.000 m. of the plot, which corresponds to the mark of the clean floor of the administrative building, corresponds to the absolute mark of +291.5 m. The purpose of the plot is for the placement and operation of the main, auxiliary and auxiliary buildings and structures of enterprises of processing, machine-building and other industries. The functional purpose of the land plot is for the maintenance of production and warehouse premises. The site is located in zone B-3 (zone of enterprises of III hazard class B-3, 300 m), according to the zoning plan of the district. Covering of driveways and parking lots is provided with asphalt concrete. General plan Organization of the construction site According to the general plan, entry and exit to the territory is carried out from the eastern side of the boundary of the site from the passage of Construction Vehicles. From the south, west and east, the plot borders communally owned lands. The general plan of this plot of land provides for the construction of a warehouse and administrative premises of the warehouse. The project envisages the installation of asphalt covering of the driveway and sidewalks, a temporary parking lot for 4 car spaces (for workers), as well as a temporary parking lot for 3 car spaces. Volumetric planning decisions Volumetric planning decisions were adopted and developed on the basis of the rules and regulations in force in Ukraine and in accordance with the design task. The designed building includes: 1) the main warehouse. The purpose of the building is to store glass containers (non-food products) (useful area of the warehouse is 885 m2); 2) administrative premises for staff service (usable area is 100 m2). The frame of the building’s administrative building consists of load-bearing walls, on which a reinforced concrete floor between the first and second floors is designed. The administrative building is a heating building with a boiler room located in the southern part of the building. The construction of the roof is a reinforced concrete slab on top of the beams, the covering is a PVC membrane, the projected slope of 3° provides drainage. Transverse and longitudinal rigidity of the frame is provided by the rigid connection of the columns with the foundations, rigidity of the frame. The outer walls are load-bearing structures and are designed from aerated concrete blocks. The main structural elements of the building: 1) The strip monolithic reinforced concrete foundation is designed under the load-bearing walls of the administrative building and under the reinforced concrete ramp. Designed at a mark of -1,350 m. 2) Load-bearing walls are designed from aerated concrete blocks. 3) Reinforced concrete slab covering with a span of 4 m. In total, a note and 10 sheets of drawings were developed in this master’s qualification work.
