Abstract: Section 1. The architectural and construction. Contains information about the equipment and climatology of the construction area, the main decision on the master plan, basic technical and economic indicators, information about spatial planing and architectural design, information on engineering and include tables of wall decorations. Design solutions: 1. Structural scheme of the building - rigid frame with monolithic reinforced concrete columns and stiffening diaphragms. 2. Foundation - a monolithic slab, 800 mm thickness. Material - heavy concrete class C20 / 25. 3. Exterior walls made of ceramic bricks, insulated with mineral wool slabs with a density of 60 kg / m3. Partitions are designed from the ceramic bricks, 120 mm thickness. 4. Columns - reinforced concrete, 300 х 700 mm. 5. Floors - monolithic reinforced concrete, 300 mm thickness on -2 floor, 250 on -1 floor, 200 mm on all typical floors, with double reinforcement. The floor is flat. 6. Stair march - reinforced concrete, rests on the monolithic walls of the stairwell. 7. The roof is flat. It is made of a reinforced concrete plate of a covering 200 mm thickness. The thermal insulation layer is made of expanded polystyrene boards with a 200mm thickness. 8. Doors and windows - made of PVC profiles with double-glazed windows with argon filling. Section 2. Calculation and design. Consists of the calculation and design of 4 loadbearing structures of the frame of the hotel. 1. Foundation slab. Static calculation of the monolithic floor slab was performed using the PC "Dlubal RFEM". The basis for the foundation slab is a sandy solid, non-sedimentary 2. Reinforced concrete column. The most loaded column of the frame was taken for calculation. The load on the columns is obtained from the calculation of the frame in the PC "Dlubal RFEM". 3. Monolithic stairs. Stairs and platforms are made of monolithic reinforced concrete with reinforcement with rod reinforcement and reinforcing mesh. Marches and stairs are reinforced concrete monolithic slabs that work on the bend as inseparable beam. 4. Slab contraction joints. Static calculation of the monolithic floor slab was performed using the PC "Dlubal RFEM". The slab rests on columns in the middle, on brick walls along the contours and on reinforced concrete walls within the stairwells and elevator shafts. Section 3. The technological and organizational. Includes the development of the construction master plan, technological map for the implementation of floor slab and the development of a calendar schedule. Section 4. Economical.
