Abstract: The master’s qualification thesis consists of 5 sections: 1. Architectural and construction; 2. Construction and calculation; 3. Technological and organizational; 4. Section on construction economics; 5. Scientific and research. The architectural and construction section focuses on the main fire prevention measures, the climatology of the given construction area, the characteristics of the terrain, the solution of the master plan, the volume-planning solution of the structure, the planning features of the building, the layout of the premises, as well as the heat engineering calculation for checking the selected sandwich panels. In addition, this section contains the main constructive solutions, such as: 1) The structural scheme of the building is a one-story prefabricated reinforced concrete frame. 2) Foundations – there are three types of foundations for this building: monolithic reinforced concrete column foundation, monolithic reinforced concrete retaining wall, monolithic reinforced concrete strip foundation. 3) Walls – 150 mm thick sandwich panels are used for external walls in this building, and 150 mm thick foam blocks are used for internal partitions. 4) Flooring - the floor is a reinforced concrete slab on a corrugated board. 5) The roof is gable, consists of prefabricated reinforced concrete beams and purlins, on which sheets of corrugated board with insulation will be placed. The structural and calculation section is a manual calculation of four building structures, a manual method with the involvement of automated calculation by the «LIRA-SARP» software complex and an automated calculation using the «RFEM» software complex. According to these calculations, the dimensions of the sole of the columnar foundation, the reinforcement of the foundation, the preliminary reinforcement of the column, the cross-sections of the elements of the metal roof and the metal truss were selected. In the technological and organizational section, a construction master plan was developed, a technological map for the installation of prefabricated reinforced concrete columns, and also a calendar schedule with the movement of the workforce was drawn up based on the data of the collected volumes of work. In the fourth section, local and summary estimates were calculated on the basis of technical and economic indicators of the building. The last section contains the characterization, advantages and disadvantages of erecting a floor slab on a corrugated board, as well as the calculation of the load-bearing capacity of such a slab. The object of the study is the reconstruction of a vegetable warehouse near a store-warehouse of construction and non-food products in the city of Zolochiv, Lviv region. The subject of the research is the implementation of the project with all its necessary component. The purpose of the study: the implementation of all necessary sections, namely architectural and construction, constructive, technological and organizational, economic and scientific. As a result, a store-warehouse of construction and non-food products was designed in the city of Zolochiv, Lviv region, the advantages and disadvantages were characterized, the load-bearing capacity was calculated, and a conclusion was made based on the calculation data regarding the floor slab on the corrugated board.
