Abstract: Housing construction is considered one of the priority sectors of the economy. The development of the housing market at the current stage of development of Ukraine’s economy is determined not only by social significance, but also the possibility of its use as a powerful tool for inflation-free expansion of consumer demand for durable goods - housing, and increase economic growth in related sectors of the Ukrainian economy. Housing construction is an additional driver of economic growth, reducing inflation, reducing the state budget deficit, reducing unemployment, stabilizing money supply. The first section analyzes the spatial planning and design solutions of the building. The initial information on the construction site, the main indicators of the general plan and the main materials for finishing works are given. The main technical solutions are given. The second section presents the calculation of building structures for the first and second groups of boundary conditions, namely: slabs, column, wall. In the third section the technological map for installation works was offered, the choice of a way of conducting works is executed. The main parameters of the construction master plan of the construction site were also calculated and the calendar schedule of construction was given. In the fourth section, the local and object construction estimates were calculated. The fifth section describes the numerical studies to determine the effect from strengthening the masonry structures with reinforcing polymer materials. Appropriate drawings for the architectural-construction and technological-organizational part of the project were made. Study object: architectural and construction, engineering and design, technological, economic and scientific aspects in the design of the residential building. Scope of research: residential building. Goal of research: designing a residential building. The length of the designed structure in the axes is 24 m. The class of responsibility of the designed object is SS1, the limit of fire resistance is II. The total height of the building from the section to the parapet is 55 m; the height of the designed premises is 3.0 m and 3.3 m.
