Abstract: The note for the master’s thesis consists of 40 pages, 23 illustrations. In the master’s qualification work, the technical level of the enterprise was analyzed, evaluated and improved due to the correct use of all nodes. During the study of the problem, in relation to improving the execution of processes at the AS, the key issues that affect the improvement of the quality and efficiency of the work performed at the AS were considered. After considering a number of issues, all possible solutions to these problems are outlined. A comprehensive assessment of the quality of technological processes and the effectiveness of the functioning of car service systems was carried out.
