Abstract: Moroz M.Ya., Maksymovich S.B. (leader). Construction of a 12-apartment residential building on the street. 348 Shevchenko St., in Lviv. Master’s thesis - Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2022. Extended abstract. Multi-storey residential buildings are the most massive type of construction in large and largest cities. They must meet functional, constructive and artistic requirements. The most important conditions for the design and construction of residential high-rise buildings are urban planning; ecological; climatic; demographic; technical; economic Urban planning conditions are the most important when choosing the number of floors and the spatial solution of a residential building. The floor space of the building is determined by two important conditions: compositional (the need for a silhouette solution) and economic, which require a high density of the housing stock. In the conditions of reconstruction, there is often a requirement to reduce the number of floors in a historically and artistically silhouetted building. Urban planning conditions impose certain requirements when choosing the planning structure of a residential building, as well as when deciding on the first floors. The composition of service institutions and their place in the structure of a residential building depends on what is adjacent to it: a street, a square, whether it is located inside a residential complex, in the center or on the outskirts of the city or in a reconstruction area. The specifics of residential high-rise buildings, their greater height and length, as well as the greater density of buildings and the proximity of residential buildings to city transport require special techniques to create normal sanitary and hygienic living conditions. Residential buildings of great height and length create significant shading zones of the territory, which are never irradiated by the sun, therefore insolation of the territories when building multi-story buildings is as important as insolation of the premises. With a meridional or diagonal arrangement of residential buildings, the shading of the territory on both sides of the buildings is equivalent and does not violate the insolation norms. The shaded area is minimal with grid and mixed storey buildings and maximum with row buildings. High and long residential buildings serve as a significant obstacle to the wind, as a result of which the ventilation of the territory, which is necessary in some cases and harmful - for others. In areas with a moderate climate, houses should be located so that the yards are protected from cold northern winds, but are open from the south. The construction object is a 3-story residential building The goal of the construction is to solve the problems with the lack of space for the construction of residential buildings in the city of Lviv, Lviv region, namely the Ryasne 2 microdistrict. The developed building has a simple shape (rectangular) in plan: - Has 3 floors in height and built-in garages - The length of the house is 24.56 m - The width of the house is 12.4 m - The height of the floor is 2.78 m. - The height of the building is 11.60 m - The building consists of two sections - The building is equipped with all necessary engineering networks The apartments in this building consist of one- and two-room apartments. Rooms such as baths, toilets (or bathrooms in general) and kitchens are equipped with exhaust systems. The connection in the house between the floors is made with the help of stairs. At the same time, the material of the staircases and platforms is made of concrete, which in case of fire can withstand being in fire for at least 10 hours. The class of consequences of the building is SS2 Class of fire resistance - II - Overlay between floors is prefabricated - monolithic. - Monolithic reinforced concrete stairs. - The outer and inner brick walls are 380 mm thick. The project is a composition of a notebook (5 sections) and an album of drawings (3 sections) The note consists of: 1- Architectural section 2- Estimated - constructive section 3- Technological and organizational section 4- Scientific section 5- Economics of construction The drawing album consists of 10 sheets: - 3 of which are architectural - 4 of which are constructive sections - 3 of which technological and organizational section Keywords include: residential building; Two-section house; Project; Architectural solutions; Prefabricated monolithic ceiling; Explanatory note; Monolithic overlap; A house with an incomplete frame.
