The thesis contains the following parts: Architectural and construction part; Calculation and construction part; Technological and organizational part. In accordance with the newly developed general plan of the city of Lviv, the construction of an 8-story building is planned, the impact class (responsibility) is SS2; Durability of the building - II degree; fire resistance of the building - II degree; The class of the building is II. The plot of construction of a residential building is located on the street. Truskavetska, 2, its area is 1,222 hectares. The general plan marks the boundaries of the improvement of the construction site: placement of sites, paving of sidewalks, arrangement of lawns, planting of trees and bushes. Residential sections with halls, concierge rooms and bathrooms for them and office space are located on the first floor. • building height (m) – 25.4; • floor height (from floor to floor) (m) – 3.0; • height of the room (from floor to ceiling) (m) – 2.8. The basis of the house is a reinforced concrete foundation in the form of a solid slab. The slab is made of monolithic reinforced concrete, 600 mm thick with dimensions of 39.0x16.3 m. Reinforced with grids in the upper and lower zones. The walls of the house are made of brick, the outer walls are insulated with polystyrene foam. Columns with a width of 250 mm and a section height of 1500 mm are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The floor is made of monolithic reinforced concrete slab 150 mm thick with double reinforcement. Partitions are made of plasterboard and metal frame. The roof is gable, with a metal-tile coating. The stairs are made of reinforced concrete. External windows are made of plastic with double glazing. Entrance doors (to the house and apartments) are wooden, lined with metal steel. The perimeter of the building is covered with 50 mm thick asphalt concrete, which is laid on top of crushed stone. Paving with a width of 1000 mm is carried out with a corresponding slope of 2% on the side of the building. During the work, the following calculations are carried out: • thermal engineering, heat transfer resistance of a two-layer wall Ro=3.68, this is sufficient for this climate; • snow, useful, elevator and roof loads; • foundation slab (slab characteristics: working fittings of A400C class, structural reinforcement - A240C, concrete - C16/20, slab thickness - 600mm); • floor slabs (slab characteristics: working fittings of A400C class, structural reinforcement - A240C, concrete - C25/30, slab thickness - 100mm); • reinforced concrete beam (beam cross-section b?h=250?400mm. concrete – C25/30, reinforcement – A400С (working) and A240С (structural), estimated span 6.425m, relative deflection of the beam f/l0 =1.66/642, 5=1/387<1/200, i.e. does not exceed the permissible); • calculation of columns (longitudinal reinforcement - 10?16А400С, transverse clamps (knitted reinforcement) - ?8А240С, s=250mm, аw=15mm); • calculation of brick walls (strength of brickwork is sufficient, additional wall reinforcement is not required); • wind load on the house; To serve the workers on the construction site, it is necessary to build temporary buildings: an office, a rest room, a wardrobe with a shower, a dining room or a buffet (a room for taking meals), drying rooms for clothes, a room for heating, and toilets. The area of on-site warehouses was calculated according to the type and quantity of materials being stored. The electric load was calculated, the power supply sources were selected, and the power supply schemes were selected with an indication of the power supply sources, power and lighting networks. When designing a temporary water supply, the need was determined, the source was selected, the scheme was designed, the diameters of the pipelines were calculated and the route and structures were tied to the budget plan. A calendar schedule has been developed, taking into account the technological sequence of construction processes for general construction works. Having determined the necessary calculation parameters of the tower crane, the crane was selected according to its technical characteristics. According to the calculations, the KB-405 crane was chosen. The work contains 18 tables, 20 figures, 35 literary sources and 10 appendices. The diploma project contains conclusions and a scientific part on the topic of construction.
