Abstract: Relevance of the study. Improving the functional characteristics of products, machines, equipment in industries are provided during their manufacture through the applied new technologies and processes. Mechanical transmissions used must have low power consumption, high load capacity, kinematic accuracy, high smoothness, low noise and vibration. Toothed gears, which are mostly used in mechanical gears must meet the established modern requirements. Evolvent toothed gears in many cases do not meet modern requirements, so measures are taken to modify the evolvent profile of teeth, the use of non-evolvent released concave tooth profiles to obtain high performance. The functional parameters of gears and wheels depend on the accuracy indicators obtained on the zubonarization operations. Cutting of gears is carried out by the method of copying and rolling. The use of the cutting method depends on the dimensions of the toothed wheels, release programs, equipment, tools at the enterprise. The copying method, which uses modular disk or end mills that cut teeth when the gear is turned discreetly, is unproductive and does not provide the required accuracy. The rolling method is implemented on the toothpickers during continuous rotation of the gear wheel with the help of worm cutters. The method provides the required accuracy of the cut gears, but differs in relatively low performance and high cost of tools. Methods of cutting gears are used for cutting gears with an evolvent tooth profile with standardized tools. Specialized high-value tools are used to cut gears with a different tooth profile. It is possible to cut gears with unprofiled tools, but for this purpose a high-vartis 5 coordinate milling machines with a COD, which significantly limits the list of enterprises for their application. The development of new effective ways of bisoning refers to important and relevant scientific problems. A new method of radially wheel cutting of cylindrical gears with non-core standardized disc cutters is being developed with continuous rotation of the cut gear wheel. The method of cutting is aimed at simultaneously increasing the operating parameters of the cut gears and improving technological indicators. The method is used on toothpicks when installing a disc mural on an instrumental mandrel with a radial displacement relative to the axis of the machine spindle. For efficient application of the new method of bisoning it is necessary to simulate the process for reliable technological provision of obtaining cylindrical gears with the necessary parameters. The purpose of the study – modeling the process of cutting cylindrical gears with a modified profile of teeth with disk cutters with continuous radially wheel movement in the installation of experimental power characteristics. The purpose of the study is achieved by solving such problems. Research objectives. 1. Analysis of the methods of cutting cylindrical gears in relation to the technological capabilities of ensuring their respective operating parameters. 2. Planning a multifactor multilevel experiment with conducting a statistical analysis of the reliability of the obtained results. 3. Experimental study of the effect of cutting modes on the specific power of the bison cutting process of cylindrical gears with a modified profile of disc cutters in a radially wheeled manner. 4. Development of an empirical model of the bison cutting process from the influence of technological factors on the specific cutting power 5. Development of an empirical model of the influence of technological factors on the specific tangential component of the force of bison cutting. 6. Analysis of the obtained models and development of recommendations for technological support of the process of bison cutting with disk cutters in a radially colic way. Object of the study – process of continuous radially wheel shaping by a disk cutter of an external gear crown of a cylindrical gears with a modified profile of teeth. Subject of the study – energy-solid characteristics of the process of cutting cylindrical gears with disk cutters with continuous rotation of the cut gear on the toothpick machines
