Abstract: The study, devoted to the analysis of the volume of passenger transportation at the transfer stop, studies the key aspects and factors that affect the efficiency of the transport hub. The work uses methods of data collection and analysis, such as passenger surveys, traffic monitoring, and the use of data from field studies. It is expected that the results of the study will reveal the main problems and shortcomings in the operation of transfer stops, determine the factors affecting their effectiveness, as well as develop recommendations for improving the functioning of transfer stops of public transport. The chosen methodology makes it possible to determine popular routes, peak and non-peak hours, as well as to identify possible problems associated with insufficient bandwidth or suboptimal traffic schedule. The results of the study can serve as a basis for developing recommendations for improving the system of transfer stops, in particular by optimizing schedules, increasing the number of vehicles or improving the infrastructure. Transport interchanges are specially organized places where passengers can transfer from one type of transport to another. These nodes play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and convenience of public transport, contributing to the quick and convenient movement of passengers between different routes and modes of transport. Interchange nodes are of strategic importance for improving public transport, reducing transfer times and passenger convenience. Their efficiency and functionality determine the quality of the transport system as a whole. This work is aimed at increasing the efficiency of public transport, improving passenger satisfaction and providing convenience in movement. The analysis of traffic volumes at a transfer stop in the context of the above aspects can be useful for local authorities, transport companies and researchers interested in the optimization of public transport in an urban environment. At many transfer stops, you can transfer to another route that goes to another peripheral part of the city. In addition to radial bus routes, only electric transport has access to the central part of the city within the above-mentioned ring. At the moment, there are 8 tram routes, 11 trolleybus routes and 62 bus routes in Lviv. A total of 15 transfer stops are provided in the central part, the average walking time between which is 7 minutes. To these transfer stops, in turn, 40 chord routes are designed, which are served by medium-capacity buses. Key words - transfer stops, public transport, transport infrastructure, functioning, quality of service. The object of the study is transfer stops in the city of Lviv. The subject of the study is the functioning of transfer stops. List of used literature sources. 1. Nechit O. M. "Analysis of the tourist infrastructure of the city of Lviv." / O. M.
