Development of technology for obtaining extracts of mint

Abstract: During the performance of the master’s qualification work, mint extracts of various nature were obtained. In this work, a method of extraction with a system of solvents of different polarity – a two-phase system of extractants (DSE) is proposed for more complete extraction of various BARs from medicinal raw materials. The main physicochemical parameters of the obtained extracts were determined. It is shown that for a more complete extraction of various BARs from medicinal raw materials, it is advisable to use the method of extraction with a system of solvents of different polarity – DSE. The physico-chemical indicators of the quality of the obtained systems were determined. Using the method of dynamic light scattering, the particle distribution and zeta potential were determined to evaluate the stability of the system. When using this extraction method, it was possible to fully extract biologically active substances of both hydrophilic and hydrophobic nature.
