Abstract: The master’s thesis on the topic: "Research and improvement of the recruitment system at the enterprise" contains 92 pages, 13 tables, 42 figures, 12 annexes. The list of references includes 60 titles. The purpose of the study is to consider, analyze the trends in improving the recruitment system at the enterprise, as well as to identify and analyze a comprehensive measure to improve the recruitment system at Machinery for Business LLC and achieve a strategic indicator, namely an increase in total profit by 1.3%. The object of the research is the recruitment system of "Machinery for Business" LLC, which specializes in providing professional technical support for businesses and individuals from all over the city. This is a modern and reliable partner for everyone who needs professional technical support for their business. The professional team of this company knows everything about technology and carries out the restoration and repair of computers, laptops, printers, scanners and other office equipment. In addition to repairing equipment, the company can also purchase new equipment from leading manufacturers, as well as get expert advice on choosing the right model of equipment for specific needs. The subject of the research is the study of the recruitment system at the enterprise. Methods: as a method of theoretical generalization and comparison; formation of tables, diagrams, graphs; system analysis; equal; methods of frequent computing technical processing; synthesis; abstraction; Generalization; Induction; deduction; Systematization; classification. Also economic, mathematical and statistical methods. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are set in the work: to consider the essence and significance of the system of search and selection or selection of personnel in the organization and the factors influencing it; study the legislative regulation of the recruitment system; analyze the specifics of the recruitment system at the enterprise; to characterize "Machinery for Business" LLC; to analyze its production, economic and innovation activities, as well as to study trends in the development of production, economic and innovation activities; analyze trends in the development of the recruitment system LLC "Equipment for Business"; submit recommendations for improving the recruitment system of Machinery for Business LLC; to propose a comprehensive measure to improve the recruitment system of "Equipment for Business" LLC and achieve a strategic indicator, namely an increase in total profit by 1.3%, calculate this measure and economically justify it. The proposed and substantiated recommendations for improving the system of recruiting at the enterprise can be used in practice by Ukrainian enterprises, in particular "Machinery for Business" LLC. The obtained results will serve as the basis for improving the company’s activities, the formation and development of the selection or selection of personnel of the business structure and the improvement of the rectution system at the enterprise. The practical value of conclusions and recommendations can be used by enterprises in any field of activity. In particular, the IT sphere, the purpose of which is to develop and justify measures to improve the rectution system at the enterprise.
