Extended abstract The stability of the enterprise is determined not only by low production costs, but, perhaps even more, by the ability to ensure the successful sale of the product. In connection with the need to find new sources of increasing the competitiveness enterprises and the practical exhaustion of such sources within the enterprise itself, there was a need to find reserves outside its borders. Thus, the idea of optimizing not only individual components of the production process, but also transportation and warehouse operations, their generalization through the task of optimal use of resource potential, became the subject of logistics research. Today, logistics is mostly associated with the transportation of goods, as well as warehouse operations. However, logistics is a broader field knowledge, and its use allows you to optimize the entire process of movement of material flows together with accompanying financial and information flows, and affects almost all business processes and is an integrated system enterprise management. Logistics plays a key role in the sale of petroleum products. The timely supply of fuel to end consumers depends on the efficiency of logistics processes. Logistics ensures the optimization of transport costs, increasing the speed of delivery, reducing the risk of cargo damage and compliance with all safety standards. The importance of logistics in this industry cannot be overstated, as timely and uninterrupted fuel supply is critical for many sectors of the economy. A high-quality logistics system allows not only to reduce costs, but also to provide a high level of customer service, which is a key success factor in the oil products market. The object of research - is the logistics activity of "PETROL TRADE COMPANY" LTD, which is engaged in the sale of light petroleum products in the western region of the country. The subject of research is the transportation process and storage system in the sales organization of "PETROL TRADE COMPANY" LTD of light petroleum products. The purpose of the study: is the systematization of theoretical developments and practical application of methods and tools logistics in relation to the management of logistics processes for the sale of petroleum products. The research findings. The work reveals the essence of the logistic approach to the organization of the sale of petroleum products, the essence and significance of warehouse infrastructure and transport support in the system of sale of light petroleum products. A review and analysis of the domestic market of petroleum products, an analysis of the financial, economic and logistical activities "PETROL TRADE COMPANY" LTD was carried out. Based on the results of the analysis, recommendations were developed to justify the improvement of the organization of the sale of light petroleum products at "PETROL TRADE COMPANY" LTD.
