Abstract: Recreational lands occupy a special place in the structure of the land fund of Ukraine. Their value lies in their ability to affect positively human health, as well as in the possibility of using them for organizing recreation, tourism, sports, cultural and entertainment events and other similar activities. A set of rules and requirements for the creation, use, management and protection of recreational lands is designed to promote the effective functioning of these territories in order to restore human vitality and performance constitutes their legal regime. The definition of the concept of «recreational lands» is complex, so their legal definition is defined in the environmental and legal norms of various laws [1-5]. Recreational lands are not only places for recreation and entertainment, but also important areas for the preservation of nature and biodiversity. The protection and rational use of these lands require the implementation of various programs that will create conditions for balanced nature management and ensure the preservation of ecosystems for future generations. A land plot was selected for the study, located in the village of Silets, 8b Zabolotia Street (outside the settlement), on the territory of Chervonohrad city TG, Chervonohrad district, Lviv Region, with the aim of developing a set of land management works on land allocation for recreational purposes. There have been analysed the key normative legal acts and scientific sources, aimed at regulating land management and cadastre regarding the legal regime of recreational land, as well as the work of specialists of the Department of Cadastre of Territories of the National University «Lviv Polytechnic» [6-8]. A full range of works has been developed with the aim of creating land management documentation regarding the allocation of the land plot for the placement and operation of facilities for servicing visitors to recreational facilities. The normative monetary valuation and the rent of the land plot were calculated. An analysis of the land intended for recreational purposes in Lviv region was carried out and it was established which facilities are located on them. The Lviv region has a lot of recreational land that offers excellent opportunities for recreation and recreational activities in the region. Object of research – recreational land. The subject of the study – formulation of a set of land management activities related to the allocation of a land plot for the placement and operation of recreational facilities. Objective of the study: research of recreational land in Lviv region, as well as development of a set of land management works regarding the allocation of the land plot for the placement and operation of facilities for servicing visitors to recreational facilities. Results of the study. Land management projects for the allocation of recreational land plots are extremely important land management documentation. The main objective of the object of research is to create a favorable environment for recreation, entertainment, sports and relaxation of citizens, as well as to ensure the preservation of the natural environment and support for socio-cultural activity in communities. On the basis of the above, a study of the developed complex of works with land management is presented regarding the allocation of a plot of land for the placement and operation of facilities for the service of visitors to recreational facilities in the Lviv region. With the help of modern technologies and professional geodetic equipment, all necessary cadastral works were performed. With the use of Digitals software, the necessary cartographic materials were developed, which are an integral part of land management documentation for this category of land, including a land plot layout, a cadastral plan, a GNSS-observation scheme, a scheme of reference to DGM, a topographical survey of the territory, land management design materials and a plan of protected zones. The normative monetary valuation of the land plot was calculated, which amounts to UAH 5,991,850.33. The rent is determined - UAH 179,755.51 per year and UAH 14,979.63 per month. It has been established that within the territory of the research object there is an existing protection zone around/along the objects of the energy system (power line 0.4 Kv) with an area of 0.0283 hectares. This aspect should be taken into account when reconstructing and developing the adjacent territories. In the process of researching recreational lands in the Lviv region, the location of recreational facilities was revealed and the types of recreational activities carried out in these territories were identified. The region has a fairly significant number of sports facilities, collective accommodation facilities, recreation and health facilities on recreational lands. In addition, there are 68 different tourist routes and trails, the terrain and length of which are diverse. Keywords: recreational land, land management project, cadastral works, topographic survey, land plot restrictions, recreational facilities. References: 1.
