Abstract: In my master’s thesis, a recreation complex in the city of Rivne, Rivne region, is considered. The dimensions of the building in the plan are 36.2x14.65m, this building will have 4 floors and the total area of the projected building is 1965m2, the orientation of the building is north. The recreation complex is located in 1 temperature zone and, accordingly, further heat engineering calculation is carried out in accordance with the current normative documents on thermal insulation and climatology for this region. In my work, according to the task assigned to me, the following systems are designed to ensure the correct, comfortable microclimate of the premises. The designed systems are a heating system, a hot water supply system (heat supply), a ventilation system for common rooms and bathrooms and toilets, and an air conditioning system. These are exactly the systems that are used in the building for the comfortable stay of people in the premises. The source of heat in my work is a separately located combined boiler house with a gas boiler and heat pumps that fully satisfy the heat needs according to the calculations made in the heating, heat supply, and ventilation sections. The heating system in my work is a horizontal closed system with pipelines made of metal-plastic materials of the Kisan company. The laying of pipes takes place in the floor according to the completed strabes, the pipes are covered with insulation that protects the pipeline from mechanical damage and also performs a heat-insulating function to reduce heat loss along its length. The temperature of the coolant in the heating system is 50 degrees supply and 40 degrees return. Due to the decrease in temperature in the system, we relieve the load on the boiler room, but it is necessary to understand that when the temperature of the coolant decreases, the size of the radiators of the heating system increases in the calculation; for this, either the size of the radiator or the type of radiator increases. The heat supply system, as well as the heating system, is also a horizontal system of polypropylene pipes, which is distributed from the boiler room to the designed building and is already there horizontally rising through the floors with risers to the end consumers. The system with recirculation ensures uninterrupted supply of warm water, and also reduces heat loss along the length and will not create places where pipelines could freeze due to lack of consumption in the HPR. The ventilation system in the designed house is organized for several types of rooms. This is a room with a possible large number of people who can be in the room at the same time, that is, it is a dining room, it is also a kitchen room in which there will be a high concentration of harmful substances that must be removed from the room or assimilated with other air to reduce the concentration of harmful substances, and of course this is the room of toilets and bathroom units to remove unpleasant odors and steam from showers. For the dining room, I am installing supply and exhaust ventilation, which is designed for simultaneous theoretical maximum accommodation of all guests of the recreation complex. Calculated and selected intake and exhaust unit manufactured by Mitsubishi Electric model Lossnay. An exhaust system for removing harmful air was selected and calculated for the kitchen. And the supply of supply air will be carried out through the grills of the adjacent room. The manufacturer of the fan is the Ukrainian manufacturer Vents. An exhaust system has also been organized for the bathroom units in accordance with the standard data for the exhaust air of the bathroom units, and fans from the Vents company have also been installed. Exhaust air emissions are organized along the facade and raised above the roof level so that exhaust air does not enter the rooms of the complex through the windows. The air conditioning system was chosen as the best option, which is to organize separate split systems for all rooms where cooling is possible. Such rooms are the dining room due to the large number of people staying at the same time and the heat they will emit during their stay in this room. For the rooms of the complex, so that people can organize a comfortable room temperature according to their personal wishes, as well as for the kitchen, where a large amount of heat will be released from all the processes that take place in the kitchen. Separate split systems have been installed for better temperature regulation in each room. The equipment of the manufacturer Neoclima of Chinese production was selected. The source of heat for the heating and ventilation systems is a separately located combined boiler house. The power of the boiler room is 154 kW, the calculated load on the heating system is 110 kW and the heat supply system is 44 kW, and we use electric heaters for the ventilation system. The boiler of the German manufacturer Viessmann Vitocrossal 100 CI with a capacity of 160 kW was selected. And also for the heat pumps of the Japanese manufacturer Mitsubishi Heavy HeatGuard FDC140 with a capacity of 14 kW and their number will be 11 pieces. Everything is arranged in the room of the boiler room and the heat from their work will be mixed in the accumulative capacity of the correct volume. And already after this one there is units are divided into systems that are supplied to the heating and heat supply systems In the scientific work section, I describe air heat pumps, their principles of operation, history, analysis of existing freons and comparison of energy efficiency of heat pumps from different manufacturers, their ratio and the newest flagships on the market. I also used one of the brands of heat pump manufacturers to provide heating and heat supply systems in my designed house.
