Master’s thesis - Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2023. Extended abstract. In today’s environment, the problem of housing is the most pressing and complex. This is especially true for the city of Yaremche in Ivano-Frankivsk region. It is increasingly important to provide a significant amount of living space in this region. The possibility of solving this problem by building a unique facility - a multi-storey residential complex with underground parking and convenient commercial premises on the ground floor - is particularly attractive. Construction object - construction of a 10-storey residential building with commercial premises in Yaremche. The purpose of the construction is to solve the problematic issues of the region. On the first and second floors, there are commercial premises with separate entrances through the entrance vestibules. Each of the retail premises has auxiliary service premises, storerooms and bathrooms. The retail space on the ground floor is 441.2 m2, while the retail space on the first floor is similar. All service and office premises have natural light through window openings. The ratio of skylights to office floor area is 1:7, 1:8. All office premises are equipped with natural and forced ventilation. Stiffness is provided by columns, pylons, monolithic walls, diaphragms, and floor slabs. The load is absorbed by stiffening elements and transferred to the foundation structure. The floor height is 2.6 m. The foundation piles are connected by grillage. The walls are made of aerated concrete, internal thickness 120 mm, external thickness 250 mm. The ceiling is a reinforced concrete slab. Stairs are monolithic reinforced concrete and prefabricated unified reinforced concrete elements. The graphic part of the master’s qualification work is represented by ten sheets, which display: architectural solutions, solutions on the technology and organization of construction production, as well as construction drawings that were calculated in the structural section.
