Abstract: In the first section, an in-depth analysis of the volume-planning and constructive aspects of the sports building is performed. The main initial parameters related to the construction site, such as its location, dimensions and characteristics of the master plan, are carefully considered. The key materials used in furnishing works are indicated. The details of the technical solutions that determined the architectural and construction developments and were reflected in the drawings are given. The second chapter presents a thorough calculation of the building structures, including an analysis of the chosen design method and determination of parameters to ensure the stability and safety of the building. The first and second groups of limit states are considered, as well as the requirements for resource consumption are taken into account. The third section describes in detail the technological process of installation, selects the optimal method of performing work and provides a construction schedule taking into account the terms and sequence of stages. In the fourth chapter, estimates are developed, which not only relate to the total costs of construction, but also allow to detail the costs for individual stages of the project. The fifth chapter is devoted to numerical studies of finishing materials from the point of view of fire resistance. The results of these studies can be used for further improvement of constructive solutions. The object of the study is the sports building of the university in Khmelnytsk, which takes into account all aspects of the sports construction process and provides not only comfortable conditions for training and competitions, but also a high level of environmental and ergonomic safety for users. The purpose of the study: the university sports complex in Khmelnytsk The sports complex is designed for training and competitions in mini-football, handball, basketball, volleyball, rhythmic gymnastics, boxing and wrestling.
