Abstract: The structure of the building is an incomplete frame with load-bearing columns and crossbars in the form of trusses and beams. The facades will be covered with sandwich panels and panoramic windows. The ground floor will house a showroom for cars, around which panoramic windows will encourage more people to buy. Also on this floor are the fuel room, bathrooms, household facilities, electrical control room, catering facilities, etc. On the second floor, there is an address room, showers, a wardrobe, a dining room, bathrooms, etc. The second floor is at the level of 3.900, the third floor is at the level of 7.850, and the total height of the building is 13.150. The foundations are piles for columns, as well as floor slabs at ground level. On the second floor, the ceiling is a monolithic slab 200 mm thick, the ceiling of the third floor is a slab on a profiled sheet with a total thickness of 100 mm. The roof structures are supported by metal trusses with a span of 12 mm. Taking into account all the tasks set, the design of the building was carried out in the calculation programs MONOMAX-SAPR and LIRA-SAPR. Four load-bearing elements of the structure were calculated, taking into account all possible loads and taking into account their combination according to the RSN. These elements were a floor slab, a second floor column, a metal roof truss and a reinforced concrete beam. The column and beam were calculated manually, in accordance with current regulations [1, 2] and recommendations [3, 4]. The detailed drawings of the calculated structures meet the design requirements and are presented in the design section of the appendix. The calculation and derivation of the specifications of the structural elements of the building, the derivation of the specification of material consumption for the installation of architectural solutions made it possible to develop a labor cost estimate and get a general idea of the time spent on the construction of the building. In accordance with the obtained labor and material consumption, local estimates of the building were calculated for the main sections: earthworks, construction of the building below the 0.000 mark, above the 0.000 mark, and the arrangement of the architectural section. Additionally, a search for scientific works of foreign sources was conducted and a mini-study was conducted: Object of research - the relevance of the study of the calculation of reinforced concrete elements; The subject of the study is the imperfection of the calculation methodology in accordance with the current standards, the search for a more advanced calculation methodology and the prospects for the development of the calculation of reinforced concrete elements; The purpose of the study is a theoretical study of scientific sources of foreign origin and their comparison with current regulatory calculations. The conclusion of this study is an understanding of the prospects for the development of the calculation of reinforced concrete products, the formation of a clearer task for the implementation of the study and the development of automated calculation using a three-dimensional calculation model. The calculation of three-dimensional material models and nonlinear calculation are promising. A search of these sources showed that Ukrainian scientists, along with foreign ones, are conducting research in this area. The drawings were developed in several software packages such as AutoCAD 2023, Archicad 25, Tekla Structures, and the cost estimate was developed in the AVK 5 program. The result of the CDD is a coherent and structured explanatory note of 119 pages, which consists of 5 sections and contains 11 tables and 39 illustrations. 11 sheets of A1 format drawings.
