Extended annotation According to the assignment issued by the National University "Lviv Polytechnic," a diploma project has been developed and designed on the topic: Construction of a medical rehabilitation center in the town of Bryukhovychi. The construction site is located in the town of Bryukhovychi, Lviv region. The terrain of the area is relatively calm with a slight slope. Access roads are also planned for the facility, and approaches and driveways are provided for other buildings. According to engineering-geological surveys, five types of soil are encountered: medium-grain sand, clay, loamy sand, dusty sand, and loam. The territory is planned for landscaping with trees, shrubs, and flowers. The building is intended for medical use and has the following dimensions in plan: length 30.95m, width 17.02m. The foundation is a precast reinforced concrete strip foundation. The walls of the building are designed with ceramic bricks according to DSTU B.V.2.7-6-97 with a mortar of M75, a thickness of 380 mm, and insulation with mineral wool boards of 100 mm thickness. Internal walls and partitions with thicknesses of 120 mm, 250 mm, and 380 mm (depending on the location on the floor plan) are constructed with ordinary ceramic bricks of grade 100, frost resistance of 25 MRZ on a lime-sand mortar of grade 25. The external finish of the building includes decorative plaster and painted boards. The plinth of the building is faced with natural stone tiles. Internal walls are plastered with whitewash. The ceilings are designed with precast monolithic slabs. Monolithic reinforced concrete lintels from U-blocks are planned above the openings. According to the assignment, a technological map for laying external and internal walls has been developed and designed. The technological map illustrates the scheme of the sequential technology of installing external and internal walls. Based on the volume of work and labor cost calculations, a schedule for the execution of works has been calculated and designed, linking them to the work teams. A quality control system has been designed, indicating permissible deviations and deviations that are not allowed. Material and technical resources, including machinery, materials, and technological norm set, have been designed and calculated. Occupational safety for the execution of this process has been designed. A scheme of technology and organization of the technological process has been designed. According to the master plan, a construction master plan has been designed for the construction period of the above-ground part of the building. The works are carried out by the main leading mechanism, Galician Crane KS–55729–1V. The construction site is fenced with inventory fencing. The entrance and exit from the construction site have been designed, and temporary roads and sidewalks are planned. Water supply is provided from the existing water supply, and electricity is supplied from the 220/380 V power supply network. Technical and economic indicators of the construction master plan have been calculated. References 1.
