Abstract: In the contemporary world, work motivation through motivational dialogue is recognized as a key factor, the effective utilization of which can contribute to addressing crucial issues within social institutions. The concepts of improving work efficiency and its motivation are deeply interconnected in both theory and practice. In this master`s, motivation is examined as a process of stimulating personnel to achieve high efficiency in their activities and fostering a desire for professional self-realization. It serves as an essential factor for the successful accomplishment of tasks and the attainment of both personal and professional goals. The master’s thesis undertakes an exploration of the work motivation of social workers and the methods of stimulating it through motivational dialogue and the development of emotional intelligence. Specifically, the study comprehensively examines contemporary realities and international experiences, identifying factors and forms of work motivation for social workers. Additionally, it delves into the role of both material and non-material incentives for work, proposing a system for implementing motivational policies based on the development of emotional intelligence for both employees and managers in social institutions. Finally, it analyzes the challenges related to motivation within the Territorial Center for the Provision of Social Services, uncovering its direct impact on the efficiency and productivity of social workers. The purpose is to determine, based on the analysis of scientific sources and an assessment of motivational dialogue in a specific organization, the directions in which it influences the effectiveness of management and the provision of social services. Furthermore, the objective is to examine how the development of emotional intelligence impacts the quality of motivational dialogue in this context. To achieve this goal, the following objectives will be addressed: Conduct a literature review on scientific sources related to motivational dialogue, the role of emotional intelligence in management, and aspects of management in the social sphere. Investigate practical examples and case studies of using motivational dialogue in various social institutions. Evaluate how motivational dialogue affects the motivation and work productivity of employees in social institutions. Examine how the development of emotional intelligence in leaders and staff influences the quality and effectiveness of motivational dialogue. Based on the research findings, develop recommendations and draw conclusions for managers and institutions in the social sphere to enhance motivational dialogue and improve management efficiency. The subject the impact of motivational dialogue on the effectiveness of management and the provision of social services in modern social institutions, as well as its correlation with the development of emotional intelligence within the context of these institutions. Hypothesis of the study: effective motivational dialogue in social institutions positively influences employee motivation and work productivity, contributing to the achievement of goals and the enhancement of the quality of social services. Additionally, the development of emotional intelligence in leaders and staff improves the quality of motivational dialogue and fosters stronger relationships within social institutions.
