Abstract: Innovative technologies have rapidly entered all areas of human life. It is no longer easy to surprise demanding consumers. Some people focus on the room and kitchen, while others prefer to optimise the work of the service, which saves time. Therefore, interactive technologies are a successful and interesting marketing solution [5]. While using the latest trends, you should not forget about high quality and good service. Service is one of the most important components that will not change in the past, present or future. Here, delicious dishes and waiter service are unforgettable, if it is bad, then most likely guests will not return [9]. Contactless payments can bring many benefits to restaurants, first of all, it is convenient for guests, as you can pay faster without waiting for the waiter to bring you the change or for the terminal to be free for payment. To speed up this process, we have created payment with a QR code that can be scanned to see your order and pay. In addition to paying with a QR code, the guest can view the menu. By eliminating the paper menu, the use of paper is reduced, which contributes to environmental friendliness. Using the contactless menu, it is easier to choose a dish, as it is possible to see it visually, read the description, price, allergens, and of course, see the photo of the dish. Guests browse the menu using their device, which adds safety and convenience in a sanitary environment. The use of this technology reflects modernity and innovation, creating a positive impression of the restaurant’s image. The Expirenza service will be a great solution for cooperation. The restaurant receives a unique QR code for each table, with the help of which the guest can: view the menu, pay the bill, leave a tip on the waiter’s card or the restaurant’s card, share impressions about the dishes and the restaurant. For the administrative staff: Expirenza account (setting up the work of the establishment, reporting, tips to the employee card, menu, and many other functions), chat with support, chat with guest reviews, chat with news. The connection of this service is not expensive, its interface is clear, and instant notifications from guests help to resolve the situation and provide feedback quickly if necessary. NOA [1] has been using the Expirenza service for several years now and has never regretted it, but only recommends that other establishments use it as well, because it is convenient, easy and efficient. Thanks to such innovations, the institution optimises the workflow of its employees, helps to find weaknesses, and promptly corrects errors.
