Abstract: The Master’s qualification thesis deals with the formation of aqueous dispersions based on highly branched dextrin macromolecules and the creation of microhydrogel suspensions based on spatially structured macromolecules of this polymer. Such systems can be successfully used as polymeric systems for medical and bio-medical applications. In particular, the possibility of their use as dispersed polymeric systems for the delivery of drugs to the human body, as adjuvants in the creation of a modern generation of vaccines, containers for prolonged delivery of both drugs and essential additives and micronutrients has been shown. As part of this problem, it is often necessary to develop in such polymeric systems the ability to form a response under the influence of external factors. In this thesis, a methodology for the formation of polymer particles with the ability to create a fluorescent response was developed. All stages of this process are considered step by step. From the development of a method for the synthesis of a fluorescent tag to the method of grafting it onto a polysaccharide chain and studying the patterns of formation of aqueous dispersions and microemulsions based on the labelled polysaccharide. The studies and conclusions based on them are based on the use of PMR, IR, UV and fluorescence spectroscopy. Keywords: aqueous dispersions, dextrin, polymer systems, fluorescent labels, fluorescent response, prolonged drug delivery.
