Abstract: The Master’s thesis "Modeling of a heat exchanger for the production line of citric acid with a productivity of 15 kg/s" is devoted to the research and development of a heat exchanger model that optimizes the technological process of citric acid production. Using a specific production as an example, the author demonstrates the impact of different parameters on the efficiency of heat exchange and points out possible paths for improvement.
