Extended abstract Under the conditions of a dynamic competitive environment, ensuring a significant improvement in the financial results of enterprises requires them to develop and implement a set of technical and organizational measures to ensure their economic development. Currently, many types of industrial activity in Ukraine are characterized by negative trends in relation to the dynamics of financial results, as well as a low level of these results. Taking this into account, managing the pace and scope of the economic development of domestic industrial enterprises, including on the basis of the activation of their innovative activities, is one of the main tasks facing the owners and managers of these enterprises. It is necessary that the development of measures related to the management of the economic development of enterprises should be preceded by a detailed assessment of the existing level of this development. In turn, the assessment of the current level of economic development of industrial enterprises is the basis for the development and justification of their business strategies. Such strategies should ensure the possibility of the fullest implementation of the economic development potential of trading and manufacturing companies [1-3]. The purpose of this qualification work is to improve the business strategy of a trade and production enterprise in the conditions of globalization. The essence of the business strategy of enterprises and the peculiarities of its development in the conditions of globalization are clarified. The general characteristics of Damant Company LLC are given. The analysis of price dynamics for the products of Damant Company LLC, their composition and structure was performed. The prices of Damant Company LLC are compared with the prices of competitors. The mechanism of profit distribution of Company Damant LLC between products when justifying their prices has been clarified. The distribution of the expenses of Damant Company LLC by types of products is substantiated with the determined structure of its assortment and price level. The development strategy of Damant Company LLC is substantiated. The pricing strategy of Damant Company LLC was formed on the basis of substantiating the structure of the product range using the evaluation indicator of its marginal profitability. The pricing mechanism in Damant Company LLC was substantiated and the price setting processes for its products were modeled. Optimization of prices, as well as physical volumes of sales of the main types of products of Damant Company LLP, was carried out. An assessment of the effect obtained from the optimization of prices for the products of Damant Company LLC and an analysis of the impact of such optimization on the performance indicators of this trading and manufacturing firm was carried out. The practical significance of the measures proposed in the master’s thesis to improve the development of the strategy of a trade and production enterprise is to provide the managers and specialists of the Damant Company LLP with sufficiently substantiated recommendations regarding the selection of the best options for the development strategy of this trade and production enterprise. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the improvement of the substantiation method strategies of a trade and production enterprise. The object of research in this final work is the limited liability company "Damant Company". The subject of the study is the theoretical and applied basic principles of developing the strategy of a trading and manufacturing firm. The practical significance of the measures proposed in the master’s thesis to improve the development of the strategy of a commercial and industrial enterprise is to provide managers and specialists of the Damant Company LLP with sufficiently substantiated recommendations regarding the selection of the best options for the development strategy of this commercial and industrial enterprise.
