Abstract: The master’s thesis is dedicated to the development of an enterprise pricing policy model in the context of the modern economy. The relevance of the topic is due to the rapid changes in market conditions, globalization, and the integration of new technologies, which make pricing policy one of the key tools for ensuring the competitiveness and financial stability of an enterprise. The purpose of the research is to develop scientifically-based recommendations for improving the enterprise’s pricing policy to ensure its competitiveness and financial stability. The object of the research is the process of forming the enterprise’s pricing policy, and the subject is the methods and tools for forming the pricing policy using the example of LLC "Galka". The research tasks include: 1. Studying the theoretical foundations of pricing; 2. Analyzing the economic activities of LLC "Galka"; 3. Investigating the impact of market conditions on the enterprise’s pricing policy; 4. Developing recommendations for improving the enterprise’s pricing policy. To solve the tasks, the following methods were used: observation, comparison, measurement, abstraction, analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction, modeling, generalization, systematic approach, and systematization. The observation method was used to study current trends in pricing. Comparison and analysis were applied to identify the features of pricing policy in different markets. Modeling helped create models for evaluating the effectiveness of pricing policy, while the systematic approach allowed examining the interconnections between different elements of pricing policy. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the development of methodological approaches to the formation of enterprise pricing policy under rapidly changing market conditions and the integration of new technologies. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of applying the developed recommendations in enterprises to enhance their competitiveness and financial stability. The results of the research allow concluding that the enterprise’s pricing policy should be flexible and adaptive to changing market conditions. The methods and tools proposed in the work can be used to improve the efficiency of the enterprise’s activities, particularly LLC "Galka". The thesis consists of an introduction, four chapters, conclusions, a list of references, and appendices. The first chapter covers the theoretical foundations of business pricing policy, including theories and approaches to pricing, the evolution of pricing approaches, and the functions of price. The second chapter is devoted to analyzing the prerequisites for forming the pricing policy of LLC "Galka", including a general characterization of the enterprise and an analysis of the results of its production and economic activities. The third chapter considers the process of forming a pricing policy for business, the peculiarities of pricing policy in different market types, the criteria for pricing policy effectiveness, and the technology for performing analytical work on evaluating the effectiveness of the enterprise’s pricing policy. The fourth chapter contains the justification of approaches to determining the pricing policy of LLC "Galka" in accordance with the business development strategy.
