Abstract: Feduniv O, Kit Yu.V. (head). "Improving work on labor protection and industrial safety on the example of Domen-Druk LLC" Master’s thesis. – Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv 2023. Today, the development of effective occupational health and safety measures for every industrial enterprise and organization is an important success factor in the market economy and Ukraine’s integration into the European and global economic space. The main goal of occupational health and safety management at the enterprise is to create healthy, safe and highly productive working conditions, improve industrial life, prevent industrial injuries and occupational diseases. The purpose and tasks of the research. The purpose of the work is the development of engineering and technical solutions to increase the level of safety and occupational health for "Domen-Druk" LLC. Development of measures for the safety of the main production equipment and power supply in the event of an increase in electric power. Improvement of enterprise fire protection and environmental safety measures. To achieve this goal, the following measures were taken: – the standards of the enterprise on labor protection were analyzed for their compliance with the legislation of Ukraine on labor protection and the requirements of normative legal acts on labor protection and industrial safety; – the replacement of gas heating with electric heating for a printing press was developed; – an energy supply system for growing electrical power was proposed and the necessary equipment was selected, which would allow to increase the level of production safety; - measures have been developed to increase the fire safety of the enterprise. In the master’s thesis, the necessary calculations were made on the heat balance of air heating in the printing press, the actual gas consumption for the process was determined, and the necessary electrical power for air heating was calculated proposed electric heating device. In terms of fire safety, the categories of the main production and auxiliary premises according to explosion and fire hazard have been determined, evacuation time calculations have been carried out from all premises of the three-story building. The dimensions of the doors on the escape routes have been adjusted, in accordance with fire safety requirements.
