Logistics is considered as a concept of integration of business processes related to ensuring the movement of flows from the producer to the consumer, it is also defined as an activity that basically contains the unification of functions related to the promotion of flow processes and provides the opportunity to optimize them in compliance with consumer and producer requirements, improving all processes of enterprise management and development [3]. The transport subsystem at enterprises is usually considered as a component of the logistics management system. However, in economic and legal aspects, these subsystems differ in business processes, and therefore in functionality and tasks, which in certain cases can be aimed at achieving a common goal [4]. Today, logistics is a real tool for improving business efficiency. The active involvement of Ukrainian enterprises in global supply chains, the entry of domestic manufacturers into world markets led to an increase in requirements for the quality of logistics services, guarantees of reliability of goods delivery, preservation of cargo and transparency of logistics processes [2]. Among the directions for improving the processes of the enterprise’s logistics activity, it is necessary to emphasize the implementation and development of digital logistics as one of the tools for managing transport flows, the application of a network approach to the organization of the enterprise’s sales activities, the activation of the development of digital marketing and e-commerce, the optimization of risk management through the implementation of principles, methods , tools and the entire set of management functions of a complex of sequentially implemented logistics processes [5]. Improving the management of the processes of transport and forwarding activities based on the application of logistic methods is an extremely important problem, because the growth of socio-economic efficiency and the improvement of the quality of freight transportation services are impossible without the organization of a scientifically based logistic system of transport management [1]. Study object - logistics activity of «Hegelmann Transporte Ukraine» LLC. Scope of research - theoretical, methodological and practical problems of managing the processes of logistics activity of LВ «Hegelmann Transporte Ukraine» LLC. Goal of research – the development of theoretical provisions and the development of practical recommendations for improving the processes of logistics activity of LВ «Hegelmann Transporte Ukraine» LLC. Briefly put research results. «Hegelmann Transporte Ukraine» LLC is a transport and forwarding company, the only branch of which in Ukraine is located in the city of Lviv. One of the main directions of the company’s activity is road transportation. «Hegelmann Transporte Ukraine» LLC provides road transportation services in Ukraine, European, Baltic and Asian countries. The main part of the income of the Lviv branch of «Hegelmann Transporte Ukraine» LLC in 2022 was provided by domestic transportation within Ukraine, as queues at the borders make international transportation less profitable. The Lviv branch of «Hegelmann Transporte Ukraine» LLC has stable indicators of its activity for several years of operation, which indicates a high level of quality of the organization of transport and forwarding services. The process of selecting and evaluating fuel suppliers is one of the most important processes of any transport and forwarding company. Based on a multi-criteria approach, one of the many possible suppliers of diesel fuel was selected. The calculation showed that the best supplier of fuel for LВ «Hegelmann Transporte Ukraine» LLC is «Continuum-Galichyna» Trading House LLC, which sells petroleum products through the WOG gas station network. LВ «Hegelmann Transporte Ukraine» LLC should also pay more attention to the selection of carrier-contractors, for which the method of their selection based on the selected evaluation criteria has been determined. An important measure should also be the implementation of the «Skyriver» satellite transport monitoring system at the LВ «Hegelmann Transporte Ukraine» LLC in order to speed up the processing of orders for transportation, rational planning of routes and long-term planning of transportation, access to information about the location and condition of vehicles, etc. Keywords: logistics processes, transport and forwarding company, suppliers, transportation, delivery, transport activity, carriers, contractors, monitoring systems, purchases, costs.
