Research and improvement of the administration of supply processes in the activities of Workbud LLC

Abstract: Ensuring processes are an important condition for the efficiency and rationality of administrative management at the enterprise. Ensuring their sufficient level and complexity is one of the directions for improving administrative management as a whole. It is possible to achieve the complexity and sufficiency of supply processes only on the basis of their systematic organization, strict compliance with the goals and tasks of administrative management at the enterprise. This approach requires the development and implementation during the organizational design of a separate subsystem of supply processes, within the framework of the enterprise’s administrative management system, with careful compliance with the requirements of the principles and laws of systems theory and system management. The purpose of the work is to improve the administration of supply processes in the activities of Workbud LLC, the task is to develop qualitative recommendations for improving the administration of supply processes in the activities of Workbud LLC. The subject of our research is the administration of supply processes in the activities of enterprises, the object is "Workbud" LLC, the main profile of which is construction to the order of individuals or legal entities. The master’s thesis is formed and has four sections. In the theoretical part, the theoretical principles of the administration of supply processes in the enterprise’s activities are revealed. The chapter examines the essence of the concept and specifics of the implementation of supply processes, investigates the legislative and normative legal regulation of the administration of supply processes in the activities of enterprises. The term "assurance processes" can refer to various aspects in different contexts. It is usually associated with a guarantee, provision or security measures in a certain activity or field. Here are some possible definitions: quality assurance - production or service processes may include quality assurance stages that guarantee compliance of products or services with defined standards and requirements (Honcharuk, Pidkaminsky, Shlyahovy and Honcharuk, 2023): 1) information security - in the field of information technologies and cyber security, security processes may include measures to protect information, identify and prevent cyber threats; 2) financial support - in economics and finance, this can refer to the processes of ensuring financial stability, liquidity and financial security of an enterprise or organization; 3) social security - in the social sphere, the term can cover processes aimed at providing social protection and support for the population; 4) supply chain – in the field of logistics and supply chain management, supply chain processes can include inventory management, logistics and other elements aimed at an efficient supply chain Yemelyanov and Danilovych (2023) singled out the internal supply processes on the basis of which administrative influences are developed and implemented. Four types of supply processes are considered: ? ensuring processes related to the determination of activity procedures; ? material and technical support of activities; ? regulatory and legal support of activity; ? informational and methodical support of activities. Varaksina, Kasyan and Shevchenko t(2011) claim that supply processes interact with each other, forming the supply complex of the enterprise’s administrative management. The interaction of supply processes determines complementarity, and in case of need, partial substitution. In the analytical part of the work, the analysis of the administration of supply processes in the activities of the LLC "VORKBUD" was performed. In particular, this section presents the general characteristics of the "Workbud" LLC, as well as the characteristics of the administration of the "Workbud" LLC, and analyzed it. The section also contains the results of analyzing the administration of supply processes in the activities of Workbud LLC, where the analytical material that is the subject of our research is considered in maximum detail. The research part of the master’s qualification thesis contains the results of the study of the administration of supply processes in the activities of "WORKBUD" LLC. In particular, the study of trends in the development of production and economic activity of Workbud LLC was carried out, as well as the development trends of the administration of supply processes in the activities of Workbud LLC. In the recommendation part of the work, directions for finding a comprehensive measure to solve the identified problems of the administration of supply processes in the activities of Workbud LLC are proposed. In order to achieve the necessary strategic indicator - increasing the return on capital of the enterprise’s sold products, we proposed the formation of instructions for the use of a system of preventive and timely response to the needs of resource provision of business processes of Workbud LLC. The implementation of the proposed measure - a timely response to the needs of resource provision of business processes of Workbud LLC - will allow to increase the net income of the enterprise due to the fact that the enterprise will not have delays in the execution of orders due to a delay in the supply of resources of a certain type. As a result, there will be savings on conditionally constant costs, the value of which, as you know, depends precisely on the change in the value of net income. The total cost of production of the enterprise will decrease by the amount of savings on conditionally constant costs, and as a result of the decrease in total cost, the value of the enterprise’s total profit will increase. In turn, the net profit of the enterprise will decrease by the amount of the decrease in the full cost price adjusted for income tax. As a result of the absolute indicators listed above, the relative indicators will also undergo changes, in particular, the return on capital of the sold products, which will increase by 2.5%.
