Based on the review of scientific papers, the concept of "administration of innovative activities" is understood as a type of managerial activity that, based on documentation, office work, information support, and formalization of management procedures, ensures purposeful influence of the management subsystem at all stages of management technology. Regarding legislation, it covers a wide range of regulatory acts that regulate relations arising in the organization and implementation of innovative projects. In Chapter II, macroeconomic analysis of administering innovative activities within the food industry is conducted, including an analysis of the situation in neighboring markets. Macroeconomic analysis allows for a more global assessment of the relevance of the topic. In Chapter III, the microeconomic environment is investigated, particularly the Branch of LLC ’Nestle Ukraine’ ’Nestle Business Service in Europe,’ a subsidiary of Nestle S.A., and its internal economic activity. In addition to food products, Nestle S.A. specializes in the production of pet food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics. The Lviv Business Service Center of Nestle in Europe, known as NBS Lviv, is the largest of its kind in the global Nestle network. Established in 2011, it has exponentially expanded from an initial team of 50 employees to the current workforce of over 1200. NBS Lviv performs various functions, including financial and accounting services, content management, and social media monitoring for Nestle’s internal departments worldwide. The organizational structure of Nestle S.A. can be characterized as a global regional divisional structure. The analysis of economic growth indicators for 2018-2022 reveals economic declines in 2020 and 2022 due to the pandemic and the full-scale war in Ukraine. Over the period from 2018 to 2022, the company’s net income showed positive dynamics, increasing by 3,459,539 thousand UAH, indicating the success of its activities. On the other hand, the total profit and net profit of the enterprise in 2022 are negative. The assets and equity of the enterprise are growing, indicating its financial stability and ability to self-finance. However, accounts payable is increasing, indicating the need for further investigation. In Chapter IV, recommendations are provided, and their justification is carried out. As a result, an alternative using Big Data analysis is chosen. To implement the measure, the establishment of a department for administering innovative activities is proposed. The depreciation of fixed assets and salary expenses for the year will amount to 385,908.00 UAH. According to calculations, the payback period of the project is 0.7 years. Therefore, the proposed measure is a successful solution to reduce the accounts payable by 1.3%. List of Used Literary Sources 1. Christian, T., Ulrich, K.T., 2023.
