Abstract: Payroll is an important component of human resource management. It includes the calculation of expenses related to payroll, taxes, social benefits and other payments to employees. Payroll allows you to efficiently allocate labor costs, taking into account internal and external factors such as labor market competition, company budget constraints, and employee needs. Accurate payroll helps maintain a high level of employee motivation and satisfaction [3, 4]. Payroll companies vary in ownership structure and size. Payroll is a standard practice for many companies, especially those with employees. Large, medium-sized and even small businesses can use payroll to effectively manage labor costs, comply with legislation and create incentive programs for employees [1]. Object of research - accounting and analysis of payroll. The subject of the study is the characterization and economic evaluation of payroll calculations at the World of Construction and Design of Missile Defense LLC. Purpose of the study: to summarize the theoretical, regulatory, legal, methodological and practical aspects of accounting and analysis of payroll, as well as to formulate a number of proposals and recommendations for improvement in this area on the example of "World of Construction and Design of Missile Defense" LLC. Results of the study. The study found that in terms of financial and economic indicators, the company "World of Construction and Design of Missile Defense" LLC demonstrates certain trends, namely, the increase in liquidity from 2020 to 2022 indicates an increase in the company’s ability to meet its payments and obligations on time, and profitability indicates certain problems in ensuring the company’s profitability. Analyzing financial sustainability, it indicates the company’s ability to meet its financial obligations. It is recommended to analyze and optimize costs to increase resource efficiency and improve profitability. Improving absolute liquidity and increasing cash reserves can ensure greater preparedness for unforeseen circumstances. It is necessary to balance the 8 sources of financing to reduce risks and increase the company’s sustainability, and it is also necessary to actively manage working capital and inventories to optimize their use and maintain the stability of the enterprise [2, 5]. This study can help the company to maintain and increase its financial stability by efficiently using its resources and improving its competitiveness.
