Abstract: The information technology industry is constantly evolving, offering new opportunities while simultaneously creating a dependence on technology. One such advancement is the ability to remotely manage personal computers through remote access technologies. These tools enable information retrieval over long distances, regardless of location. This capability is facilitated by specialized software and services that store data in their repositories, significantly accelerating information transfer. Importantly, time and distance do not impact device performance, simplifying the transfer of files to portable devices, which can later exchange data with computers. The ease of connecting to remote devices, user convenience, and file transfer capabilities are the key advantages of Remote Control Software (RCS). Such solutions greatly simplify the work of office employees, enabling them to edit documents even outside the office. Implementing these tools in commercial settings increases productivity by allowing employees to perform tasks effectively from any location. Overall, remote access software enhances the flexibility of workflows in commercial organizations. Thus, it can be concluded that remote access software has significant potential for further development, as its capabilities are constantly expanding. Purpose of the Work The main goal of this study is to develop software that addresses the challenges of remote control, allowing users to increase work efficiency regardless of their location by providing access to personal or corporate devices. To achieve this goal, the following objectives must be completed: Conduct a literature review in the field of remote access systems. Analyze existing remote access systems and perform a comparative analysis to identify functionality, technologies, and versatility features. Perform a systematic analysis of remote access application areas. Develop a conceptual model of the system. Conduct an analytical review of implementation technologies and select appropriate solutions. Implement the software in practice. Object of Study The object of study in this master’s qualification work is the development of systems for managing PCs via remote access. The subject of study includes methods, tools, and technologies for developing client-server systems for managing and transferring data between remote devices. Uniqueness of the Work The uniqueness of this work lies in optimizing tools for remote control and data transfer. In modern IT companies, every employee uses a personal computer or laptop, resulting in numerous interactions between devices. To enhance the efficiency of administrators and employees, a remote access system is being developed, acting as an intermediary in the interaction among staff within computerized enterprises. This master’s thesis focuses on applying data mining methods in remote access systems, which is crucial for control systems. Outcome As a result of this master’s qualification work, a software product will be created that can be used in corporate enterprises for the remote control of office employee devices. The functionality outlined in the scientific novelty will ensure the product’s uniqueness and enable more effective solutions to the tasks at hand.
