Abstract: In Ukraine, prosthetics is an extremely relevant area, especially for patients with amputations caused by injuries resulting from military operations. The master’s thesis presents a comprehensive study of modern technologies, materials and processes related to the manufacture of individual prostheses for amputation at the level of the lower third of the tibia The first section of the work analyzes the ratio of mine-explosive injuries as one of the main factors leading to amputation, describes the etiology, pathogenesis and levels of lower limb amputations, as well as the stages of rehabilitation of persons with lower limb amputations The second section introduces the main components, materials and technologies for the manufacture of stump-receiving sleeves, as well as their types and main differences Significant attention is paid to the characteristics of different components and types of stump-receiving sleeves for individual selection, taking into account the characteristics of the patient, in order to provide him with maximum comfort and functionality. The third section demonstrates the classical and innovative step-by-step methods of manufacturing an individual prosthetic product for persons with amputations at the level of the lower third of the tibia. Using two different technologies taking into account the characteristics of the residual limbs of patients. Tells about all stages of manufacturing prostheses with a demonstration. The fourth section contains the economic part, which covers market analysis, assessment of the competitiveness of the product, cost estimates and justification of the feasibility of using the proposed design in Ukraine. The prospects for implementing an innovative approach on the domestic market, as well as possible sources of financing to support production, are determined. The results of the work demonstrate that the combination of classical and modern technologies for creating prostheses ensures high quality, functionality and availability of products, which is of great importance for the rehabilitation of patients with amputations of the tibia
