Abstract: Zubkova A.O., Cherkes R.B. (head). Management of logistics activities of "Gladysh" LLC in crisis economic conditions. Master’s qualification thesis. - Lviv Polytechnic University, Lviv, 2024. Extended abstract. The modern global clothing market is characterized by a shortening of the life cycle of goods, an acceleration of the frequency of updating the assortment, and an increase in competition for the consumer. The need to solve environmental and ethical problems, and, accordingly, the change in fashion, tastes and preferences of consumers cause the growth of production of various types of high-quality clothing for different price segments of the market. The Ukrainian clothing market, which has seen significant fluctuations in recent years, was not left out. In this connection, the necessity of researching modern trends, structure and dynamics of its development increases.[1] During the military conflict between Ukraine and the Russian Federation, the issue of the organization of transportation on the territory of our country is problematic. The importance of the transportation market has grown significantly in the field of economic sector formation, promotion of the organization of trade within and outside the country, providing the population and the army with everything they need, such as basic necessities, clothing, medicines, weapons, etc.[2] The full-scale invasion of Russian troops on the territory of Ukraine led to serious disruptions of supply chains, shutdowns of production capacities and changes in demand. Such events have significantly affected access to goods and how they arrive at their final destination. In the conditions of martial law, established supply chains ceased to function. Absence of air connections, closed seaports, risks associated with automobile transport - enterprises with established logistics were forced to change their position within a few days. The full-scale war blocked 60% of all logistics routes and hubs in Ukraine.[3] Ensuring the competitiveness of products in a risky environment requires a comprehensive approach and the adoption of appropriate risk management measures. The indicated directions of action, such as diversification of suppliers, placement of reserve stocks of raw materials, development of production reliability plans, etc., are aimed at reducing the negative impact of risks on production and sales of products. [4] Prospects for the development of light industry are possible only with the assistance of the state and the interaction of government and business representatives. The development of clothing and footwear manufacturing enterprises is possible only in the segment with greater added value (for example, the design of the finished product, goods for consumers with an income above the average level, unique, branded items), close cooperation with European enterprises, and further entry into the EU market. as the main market for the export of ready-made clothing and footwear products.[5] Object the study of the master’s qualification work is the process of managing the logistics activities of the company "Gladish" LLC. Subjectresearch is the theoretical and methodological basis of directions for improving the logistics activity of a production enterprise in crisis conditions. The purpose work is to develop practical recommendations for improving the logistics activities of the enterprise on the basis of theoretical knowledge about the management of logistics processes.
