Abstract: Bazarnyk S., Chornopyska N. (supervisor). “Research of the effectiveness of supply chain and optimization of logistics costs in the activity of “Technoplast” LLC. Master’s qualification thesis. - Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2024. Extended abstract In recent years, supply chains have undergone dramatic changes due to the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The pandemic and the war have greatly changed the main objectives of supply chains. Now, security, flexibility, and efficiency are the top priorities in supply chain management. Ukrainian scientists have made a significant contribution to the study of logistics and supply chain management of domestic enterprises, in particular: E. Krykavskyi, N. Chornopyska, O. Pokhylchenko, T. Nakonechna, N. Hryniv, O. Dovhun [1], [2], [3], [4], [5]. The purpose of the master’s thesis is to theoretically summarize the principles and approaches to managing supply chain efficiency, analyze the functioning of supply chains under martial law, and develop optimization logistics solutions for the activities of the enterprise under study. The object of the study is the supply chain of Technoplast LLC, which specializes in the sale of plumbing products, plumbing and heating equipment. The subject of the study is theoretical and practical aspects of supply chain management and logistics costs. The following research methods were used in the study: generalization (of supply chain management models), classification (of logistics costs), economic analysis (of enterprise performance indicators in dynamics), comparative analysis (in determining the competitive advantages of an enterprise), Ishikawa diagram (in identifying cause and effect relationships); economic and mathematical modeling (in forecasting sales volumes), ABC-XYZ-analysis (in improving the inventory management system), graphical method. The master’s thesis examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of supply chain efficiency management, analyzes the features of various supply chain models, and reveals the classification, calculation, and accounting of logistics costs. The supply chains of sanitary ware are analyzed. The competitive environment of the sanitary ware market is researched and the competitive advantages of the researched enterprise are identified. The main indicators of economic activity of “Technoplast” LLC are analyzed. The activities of the enterprise in terms of planning needs, inventory management, and logistics services to customers are characterized. The main factors of influence of the war on the performance indicators of the enterprise are identified and analyzed. Changes in the logistics costs of the enterprise have been studied. The bottlenecks of the supply chain and the cause and effect relationships of the supply chain efficiency reduction are identified. The need to optimize the warehouse system of the enterprise is determined. The forecasting of sales volumes of sanitary ware, ABC-XYZ-analysis of stocks, and ways to improve the inventory management policy are carried out. A comparative analysis of the logistics service policy of the researched enterprise with the main competitors is carried out. The key success factors are identified, recommendations are provided. Key words: supply chain management, effectiveness of supply chain, optimization, logistics costs, logistics services. References 1. Krykavskyi, Ye., Pokhylchenko, O., Fertsch M. (2019).
