Abstract: The study focuses on developing a risk management mechanism for the commercial activities of PJSC "Agroservice." The research includes an analysis of the economic and legal framework of the enterprise, identification of key risks affecting its operations, and the proposal of an integrated approach to risk minimization. Particular attention is given to the use of modern tools for monitoring, assessing, and forecasting risks, encompassing marketing, financial, and organizational aspects. The results of the study enable the enterprise to enhance its operational efficiency, mitigate the impact of adverse factors, and maintain its competitiveness. The practical significance of the work lies in the potential implementation of the proposed mechanism in the activities of PJSC "Agroservice" and its adaptability for other enterprises in the industry.
