Abstract: This diplom work explores researching in the Ukrainian media space though the full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war, focusing on the problem-thematic aspect. The study examines key issues covered by investigative journalists, their impact on public opinion, and the challenges faced by reporters in wartime conditions. The aim of the analysis is to identify the main problematic aspects addressed by investigations and assess their importance in informing the public and fostering critical thinking. The study employs methods such as content analysis, comparison, and data systematization from various media sources. The paper highlights cases related to exposing war crimes, uncovering economic ties between Ukrainian businesses and Russia, and the difficulties journalists face, including physical risks and societal mistrust. Special attention is given to the role of local media and their contribution to documenting regional level of happenings. This result highlights the importance of the learning journalism as a tool to counter disinformation, ensure transparency, and strengthen the connection between media and society. The conclusion provides recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of investigative journalism during wartime.
