Abstract: This master’s thesis is dedicated to studying time management and organizational skills in individuals with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The relevance of the topic is determined by the fact that ADHD is one of the most common mental disorders affecting cognitive functions critical for effective time management and task organization. Individuals with ADHD often encounter difficulties in organizing their tasks, meeting deadlines, and planning, which negatively impacts their academic, professional, and social activities. The thesis provides a theoretical foundation for the concept of executive functions and their impairments in individuals with ADHD, highlighting these as the basis for their time management challenges. It analyzes psychological approaches to studying organizational skills and time management and examines the specific manifestations of ADHD in the context of these skills. Particular attention is given to the role of symptoms such as inattention, impulsivity, and hyperactivity in reducing the effectiveness of time management. The empirical study was conducted among individuals with ADHD aged 18 to 45 years. Psychodiagnostic methods were applied to assess the level of organizational skills and time management compared to control groups. The findings confirmed a significant relationship between the severity of ADHD symptoms and difficulties in planning, prioritizing, and task execution. The study revealed that individuals with ADHD require specially designed strategies to overcome these challenges. The thesis provides recommendations for improving time management and organizational skills in individuals with ADHD. Suggested strategies for psychological support include cognitive- behavioral methods that promote the development of self-control, task management, and the reduction of procrastination. The results have practical significance and can be utilized in psychological counseling, educational programs, and professional training for individuals with ADHD.
