Abstract: The quality of socio-economic activity is a complex multifaceted object of management, which is an appropriate system in the general system of management of sanatorium-and-spa processes, where each level of management affects the quality by its own means, methods and techniques. The problems of developing a system approach and system analysis in quality management are contained in the scientific works of O.V. Bezshapochnyuk, V.S. Zaporozhan, V.V. Doronenko, O.V. Kovalenko, S.A. Novak, V.M. Kutovyi, O.O. Mironenko, M.E. Shulga The aim of the work is to develop methods and principles of management of sanatorium-and-spa services on the basis of the quality management system, integrated standardization and project-process approach using models, methods for resource planning in order to distribute the cost of consumed resources. Objectives of the study: 1. To investigate modern problems related to quality management of processes used in sanatorium-and-spa activities. 2. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of resource management tools used in the creation of services on the basis of standardization. 3. To develop a formalized structural model and principles of building an integrated management system at the level of a sanatorium, and on its basis a model and functional structure of a quality management system for sanatorium-and-spa services. 4. Identify the key principles influencing the quality of sanatorium-and-spa services and analyze the standards and methodologies used to improve the quality of services in the field of sanatorium-and-spa treatment. 5. To develop models of processes that solve problems and improve the quality of services in sanatorium-and-spa activities. 6. To carry out an empirical study to study the degree of satisfaction of vacationers as a result of improving the quality of sanatorium-and-spa services.7. To develop proposals and recommendations for improving the quality management system in the sanatorium "Batkivshchyna", in particular, through the introduction of new methods and approaches. Object: Quality management of the processes of sanatorium-and-spa activities. Subject: Principles and Methods of Quality Management of Sanatorium-and-Spa Activities. The first section is devoted to the analysis of modern challenges in the field of quality management of sanatorium-and-spa services, considers systemic problems and studies that affect the quality of services, focuses on resource management taking into account the standards that are necessary for the creation of competitive services, covers an integrated system of management of sanatorium-and-spa activities. The second section provides an overview of the key principles and methods for improving the quality of sanatorium-and-spa services, focuses on the principles of continuous quality improvement, presents the technology of applying the process approach, which allows optimizing activities, reveals the methodology for improving the effectiveness of medical and diagnostic procedures, which is an important part of the services offered, discusses ways to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of services provided. The third section focuses on specific proposals for improving the activities of the Batkivshchyna sanatorium, discusses the development and implementation of regulatory documents for the quality management system, suggests ways to improve the quality of services by adapting modern methods, introduces a project-based approach to the management of sanatorium services based on a combination of functional and traditional technologies.
