Abstract: Business activity is a key element of strategic management that determines the success and competitive advantage of a company in a dynamic business environment. It affects the company’s ability to adapt to changes, coordinate actions at all levels of financial management, increase the efficiency of external and internal activities and achieve strategic goals [3; 4]. Effective management of business activity is a key factor in ensuring the sustainability of an enterprise in an unstable environment. The main tasks in such circumstances are to increase the volume of business activity, optimize resources and processes, reduce costs associated with operating activities, and reduce the impact of negative external factors [1]. In an unstable market environment, business operations not only adapt to changes but also shape the market, which helps to increase competitiveness, introduce innovations, and achieve long-term goals. The economic crisis, pandemic and wars pose a serious threat to Ukrainian business. Effective business performance management has become an important task to ensure the survival and prosperity of enterprises in the face of complex challenges [5]. The war has become a catalyst for business transformation, forcing companies to adapt quickly and find innovative solutions. Among the most pressing challenges faced by businesses are the destruction of infrastructure, increased risk, changing demand, rising prices, and logistical difficulties. The shortage of working capital has become an additional challenge, requiring entrepreneurs to find new sources of funding [2]. The war creates unprecedented challenges for companies, forcing them to do business in an environment of high uncertainty and limited resources. This includes not only adaptation to new realities, but also innovative approaches aimed at ensuring stability, maintaining competitiveness and finding new opportunities for development. In such situations, business activity management is particularly important. It allows companies to respond quickly to changes in technology to achieve long-term goals [6]. It should be noted that under martial law, the market situation and the approach to the formation of the competitiveness of enterprises have acquired a different meaning than before the war. Effective management of business activity in the current environment requires the integration of new approaches to management and the introduction of innovative technologies and digital solutions, as well as constant monitoring of market changes. Only under such conditions can an enterprise ensure the stability of its activities, maintain competitiveness and achieve strategic goals even in times of uncertainty. Object of research: processes of managing business activity of LLC «Dairy Company «Galychyna». Subject of research: theoretical, methodological and practical provisions for assessing the state of business activity and economic activity of LLC «Dairy Company «Galychyna». Purpose: to assess the financial condition of the enterprise, to study in detail the process of managing the business activity of LLC «Dairy Company «Galychyna» and to suggest ways to improve its activities. The analysis of the financial condition of LLC «Dairy Company «Galychyna» for 2021-2023 using vertical, horizontal, coefficient analysis and taxonomy shows a tendency to improve its profitability, liquidity and financial stability. However, there is instability in asset turnover and the need to improve the operating cycle. To increase business activity, it is proposed to improve inventory management, shorten the operating cycle, optimize financial flows and expand sales channels. Assessing the management of business activity under martial law is an important tool for ensuring the sustainability and profitability of a company. The implementation of the proposed recommendations will help to improve the efficiency of operations, optimize production and increase the profit of LLC «Dairy Company «Galychyna».
