Abstract: Vasiliev D. S., Kuziak V. V. (supervisor). Research of the international market of logistics services and substantiation of directions for improvement of transport logistics of «Global Cascade Group» LLC. Master’s thesis. – Lviv Polytechnic National University, Lviv, 2024. Extended abstract The modern economy faces numerous challenges, such as pandemics, armed conflicts, climate change, and socio-economic inequality, which increase the need for efficient logistics systems. These factors impact markets, particularly the Ukrainian economy, where the war and the pandemic have caused supply disruptions and an energy crisis [4, 6]. Transport logistics is the backbone of the economic system, ensuring the movement of goods between producers and consumers. In conditions of instability, transport companies are forced to quickly adapt, improving their logistics management strategies. This highlights the relevance of research on the optimization of transport logistics [2, 5]. For Ukraine, transport logistics is crucial for integration into international markets. Ukrainian enterprises have managed to maintain logistical chains and establish cooperation with European partners. However, there is a need to improve the optimization of routes and logistics processes at all levels from national to international transportation [1, 3]. Current challenges require the implementation of innovative approaches, particularly the use of digital technologies for transportation management, automation of accounting and monitoring, integration of transport, and improvement of intermodal transportation. It is necessary to eliminate bottlenecks in the logistics system, optimize routes, plan material flows, and improve warehouse processes. The growing demand for logistics services calls for systematic research to enhance operational efficiency, and a comprehensive approach to management, based on digitalization and strategic planning, is key to ensuring the sustainable development of the industry. The issues of development and improvement of transport logistics have been addressed in the works of scholars such as Krykavskyi Ye. V., Chornopytska N. V., Pokhylchenko O. A., Polianska A. S., and others. Goal of research. The study aims to explore the international logistics services market and develop practical recommendations for improving transport logistics at LLC "Global Cascade Group." Special attention is given to analyzing current challenges and opportunities in the logistics market and optimizing logistics processes to enhance the company’s operational efficiency. Study object. The research object is LLC "Global Cascade Group," a company providing transport and logistics services within the logistics market. Its primary activity focuses on freight transportation across European countries and Ukraine. Scope of research. The research subject includes theoretical and practical aspects of the logistics services market and methods to enhance the company’s transport logistics. This involves optimizing supply chains, implementing innovative technologies, managing risks, and improving the company’s competitiveness. Research results. The study examined the essence of transport logistics as a key element of a company’s logistics activities. It determined that transport logistics optimizes cargo movement, critically influencing operational efficiency. Criteria and indicators for evaluating logistics process efficiency were developed for monitoring and improving company performance. A detailed analysis of the international logistics services market identified key trends and industry development prospects. The financial and operational activities of the company were assessed, revealing strengths, weaknesses, and primary issues impacting logistics operations. The company’s logistics activities analysis highlighted the need to implement modern technologies to boost competitiveness in the international market. Recommendations for improving «Global Cascade Group» LLC transport logistics were substantiated. Route design for transportation was developed, creating efficient international routes to reduce costs and increase delivery speed. Transport duration optimization identified key influencing factors and proposed measures for minimizing them. Digital technology integration was recommended, suggesting modern digital solutions for automating logistics processes, including monitoring and transportation management systems to enhance planning accuracy and reduce risks. The research confirmed the importance of improving transport logistics to enhance «Global Cascade Group» LLC performance. Implementing the proposed measures will optimize transportation routes, reduce logistics costs, and boost the company’s competitiveness in the international market.
