Extended abstract The construction materials market plays a very important role in the economy, as it provides material resources to the capital construction sector, which, in turn, fills the investment processes with real content, creating the country’s gross domestic product [1]. Over the past 10 years, Ukraine’s construction materials market has been affected by three crises: the outbreak of war in eastern Ukraine in 2014, the COVID-19 epidemic in 2020, and Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022. Today, this market is an important element of the country’s post-war reconstruction [2]. The solution to the problem of logistics support of modern enterprises in wartime is determined by the introduction of the latest logistics approaches that can purposefully create new supply chains and service of material resources [3]. The constant desire of businesses to improve their competitive position in the market leads to the emergence of new business models that focus on product sales. With the development of technology, the relationship between producer and consumer is actively transforming, and here the functions of trade are only increasing and scaling up. Through the development of distribution, it is possible to organize the sale of products with greater efficiency and meet the broader needs of consumers and further improve commercial relations [4]. Among the main distribution trends that are transforming the trade industry are online sales, data analytics, mobile technologies, personalization and customer focus, automation and robotics, sustainability, artificial intelligence, blockchain technology, and globalization [5]. The purpose of the master’s thesis: to study the importance and components of logistics support in the activities of the distribution network to identify opportunities for optimizing the activities of distribution company of building materials “Pride Grad” LLC in the construction materials market and to develop practical recommendations. Study object: logistics support of distribution networks. Scope of research: the formation of logistics support for Pride Grad LLC in the new regional market/ Goal of research. The place of distribution in the distribution system is considers and the elements of logistics support for distribution networks. The influence of digital transformation processes on the logistics support of the distributor’s activities is revealed. An analysis of the organizational, economic and logistical activities of distribution company of building materials “Pride Grad” LLC as a participant in the construction materials distribution market is carried out. A set of criteria for selecting a transport company-carrier in the new regional market to ensure an appropriate level of logistics services is substantiated and proposed. The level of economic effect from the creation of an Internet site - an integrated corporate website of distribution company of building materials “Pride Grad” LLC as a distribution channel is determined.
